So much so that a bicycle manufacturer knows about it. I broke my chain whip on a Monday evening and decided to try and new shop on a whim and ran over to pull a cassette off a wheel. These guys took care of it instantly. Three days later, I was having some bake issues and within an hour of drop off, one of their lead techs was already on the phone with Sram having a replacement overnighted. Definitely above and beyond! Pretty stoked on their work and attention to detail!

Here are the highlights of the process; worked with 3 different sales people showing an amazing amount of collaboration, worked on confirming pricing, as I was leaving for California the next day rode the bike to their repair center to have it cleaned and prepped, due to a minor repair needed they needed an extra day and texted me by 9am the bike was ready, to top off an already great experience helped find a way to fit it in the car. I try to avoid downtown, but parking over by the library meant only a short walk over to the shop.
