So much so that a bicycle manufacturer knows about it. I broke my chain whip on a Monday evening and decided to try and new shop on a whim and ran over to pull a cassette off a wheel. These guys took care of it instantly. Three days later, I was having some bake issues and within an hour of drop off, one of their lead techs was already on the phone with Sram having a replacement overnighted. Definitely above and beyond! Pretty stoked on their work and attention to detail!

Had someone test ride the bike who knows way more than I do about bikes and said they thought something was wrong with the rear suspension "brain system". Took bike to gear fix to have them sell it on consignment and they wouldn't take it as they said it had a bad brain suspension and they didn't work on those. Finally got hooked up with Risse in Redmond who fixed the brain system and said whoever worked on it last had messed it up by over tightening some parts. I've used this bike so little that it was obvious it was sold to me by Hutch's with a bad brain suspension and it was serviced by Pine who never said anything about it, giving it back to me saying it was "all good". Bummer because I liked this shop, but will be looking elsewhere to have future work done.

Where we bought it was closed for the day and gone, not back till Monday and I did not want to wait so he recommended Hutch's. We were able to get in before closing and get the tire tube replaced so I can have my bike for the weekend. Super helpful and friendly and got us on our way and he showed my husband how to fix it and we ordered a couple for backup in the future. This place got us fixed up no problem and service was friendly and efficient. Definitely a busy place but great help and service.

Brought it in to The Hub Cyclery and after inspecting it TJ (the owner) found that the it was only the cable set screw that some how loosened after many years. All he had to do was tighten it and adjust the shifting. Great that TJ was so up front about this. I will be going here from now on for any of my bike service or needs. Here are the highlights of the process; worked with 3 different sales people showing an amazing amount of collaboration, worked on confirming pricing, as I was leaving for California the next day rode the bike to their repair center to have it cleaned and prepped, due to a minor repair needed they needed an extra day and texted me by 9am the bike was ready, to top off an already great experience helped find a way to fit it in the car.
