My truck was involved in a hit and run, but the other driver returned to the scene and I was able to "convince" him to do the right thing. . Turns out that replacement of the front bumper with oem was the same price as installing after market heavy duty bumper, winch and lights. Ryan was awesome and held to his word by honoring the deal he and I put together. He even added in a couple of perks. Came in to get a bunch of things done to my Gladiator. Have owned 13 Wranglers, so this is not new to me. He seemed very opinionated on what they do and don't do. We are talking about simple things like light bars (they whistle)...yup, I know. It's not whistling when I'm rock climbing at 6pm and doing 3mph and it's pitch dark out. I would just mark this as yet another Bend business that doesn't want to work for a living. The bad reviews after are not shocking. This business is only in business for people who want bad advice from people who don't know what they are doing. I had mud flares put on my truck from this business. 2 out of four didn't meet the panels properly. Their was space in between and the rubber was falling into the void. I brought it back and showed the owner, he said you must of brought it to a car wash. That was his excuse for poor installation. This shop is incompetent, inefficient, inept. I have a 2019 4Runner that was lifted by the dealer before I bought it. It started making a funny noise when I turned so I brought it by Bend Truck Toyz and the owner was quick to get the car checked immediately. He was friendly and told me it would be his son that knows more and would check it out. Tyler let me know the axle was going out and I should get it into the dealer to have it replaced ASAP. Had I driven it much longer, it would have been extremely dangerous. He didn't charge for the evaluation and I was really impressed with their shop. Very clean and so many accessories! read more

Overall, I was happy with my experience here. There were some issues with the installation of the original air bag system, however, they stuck by their work and did the install of the proper equipment after I brought the truck back in. I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 because I feel their customer communication, follow-up and relationship management could use a little work. However, any issue I had was addressed and eventually resolved. I'll be going back to them when I need more work done. Thanks! read more

Ordered a bumper for my dodge specifically specified no back up sensors brought it home unwrapped it to find out it had back up sensors also the company doesn't know there product was told that i needed to order LED back up lights at an additional cost. the bumper mfg included LED lights with their bumper so i returned every thing and was told that they would order the correct bumper and make it right by selling it to me for 999.00 from there suppler NOW today I get a call and he tells me that that was an E-BAY bumper and he can only do it for 1199. wasted two weeks. Found what i want on line with free shipping at a much better price. needless to say customer service is better on line any more. read more

I went to get a lift on a Jeep Cherokee. I had to go back 3 days in a row and it still have problems. The backing plates rubbed, the coil spring isollaters,the stock ones were missing so they cut the coil spring spacers were cut to replace them. They about fell out on the way home. The coil spring on the passenger side was rubbing the outer c on the axle. Very frustrating. read more

I'd recommend looking somewhere else for your truck accessory needs. Except for the owners son, everyone else there is quite hostile. By the time i showed up to get my truck canopy installed, i had an an amazing amount of buyers remorse, and not because of the product i ordered, but because of where i ordered it from. It definitely was not a positive experience, because unless your dealing with the owners son only, you're bound to get rubbed the wrong way from the kids they employ to do the installs. The lack of professionalism and respect took me back, and listening to the owner complain about customers after they left the shop made me regret doing business with them, but i was committed because i already made my order. Well, after not receiving my canopy before Christmas as promised, i called to check on the status and one of the installers got on the phone and rudely told me that it takes longer to make a shell and said "i don't know what you were expecting, but these things take time to be made and you gotta get in line like the rest of the customers". Considering i was told it would only take 5 weeks to be made for one reason or another by them, i believed them, my bad. So i waited 4 more weeks and when i showed up to get the canopy installed, they ordered the wrong one. My Christmas gift to myself, after waiting over 8 weeks, was nowhere to be found. So i took that as God's way to get me out of there and take my business somewhere else. Glad i did too because i now have my canopy ordered at another shop farther away but for less money than truck toys charged me. I'll never use truck toys for my vehicle accessories again, nor would I recommend them to anyone i care about. read more

Truck toys did a terrible job on my lift for my truck I paid $1,450 and my lift was supposed to come with fox shocks on my tough country lift and they put some off brand company shocks on the truck I am deeply disappointed with the company and the work on the vehicle I heard nothing but good things from truck toyz but after going there I don't know if I will go there again. read more

Horrible customer service. I'm amazed that they have any business at all - Not helpful! Didn't have time for us and I wanted to spend money but I'll go elsewhere. On 3 different visits (my husband and I both) had the same experience. Looks like they changed their name on yelp. Truck Toyz added a spray-in bed liner on my Ram 1500 last year. They did a fantastic job and it has held up great so far. While I get some people complaining about the manager/owner (he is a bit surly), it didn't bother me. He was no-nonsense. The bottom line: Truck Toyz did what they said they would at a great price.
