However, I just received a recall notice telling me it is dangerous to tow because of a software issue that may disconnect the trailer brake. Not good. When I called service today, April 20th, I was told I could make an appointment....in SEPTEMBER. That's right, 5 months from now. I could also drop it off and they would work on it "when they could get to it". I asked if this was weeks or months and I could not get an answer. This is unacceptable for a one year old vehicle that cost north of $100K. Do better Kendall. For this fact alone I could not recommend this dealer. If you sell cars you need to service them within a reasonable time. UPDATE: Kendall folks saw my review and called me. David Citron in Service was friendly, apologetic, and very responsive to my concerns. He told me to come in immediately and have the recall addressed. As problematic as the initial response, this step was above and beyond. And much appreciated. I rate this solution A+ and change my rating.

I bought a CVT rooftop tent off of Facebook marketplace which didn't come with the mounts. I didn't…read moreknow exactly what I should do because I was just getting into the roof stuff. I had them install a rack which went flawlessly and I love it. I also ended up buying the mounts from them which I didn't even know I needed until they explained it to me. Very informative at the main store. I went over to the other store to pick up the mounts and when I tried installing them, it didn't fit on my tent. Very close just a bit to snug. I went back to the store and asked them if there was anything they could do. Turns out, it wasn't the mount that didn't fit, just the rails on the tent were a little warped. In the same visit, they belt sanded my 8 pieces of the mount which after trying to mount the tent again, went perfectly. Very appreciative of their willingness to help me out especially because I didn't know much. Wouldn't recommend anywhere else to do stuff for your car and truck racks.

My Mini and I finally got back on the road about two weeks ago. Getting it completely repaired and…read moreputting the inside of it back together was a long haul; from the second week of February to the second week of April. Bend Honda did pay for the electrical repair. They refused to replace the carpet, which took weeks of hanging in my garage to dry out. They did not pay for the windshield which was the cause of the problems. Nor did they pay for the replacement of the key fob antenna receiver that was ruined by the windshield leak. You see where I am going with this. They did however, insist that I sign a document that agreed that I would not require anything more from them before they would agree to pay for the electrical repair. The electrical was an expensive endeavor and I understand that eats into their profit. But, the car was not in good condition and that would be their responsibility. And they just were not nice about handling it. I still have to fix the key fob antenna, but at least I am driving it now! As much as I would like to endorse Bend Honda, I cannot. Please save yourself the trouble. Visit another dealer.

I came in with my elderly parents to trade in their 2 older cars and purchase a new vehicle for my…read moremother. When we pulled up and before we were even out of the car, Davis popped out of the building ready to help us in our search. We were interested in new CRV's and HRV's and decided to test drive both. We found The One, a beautiful 2026 CRV EX-L, loaded with all the bells, whistles and latest tech. Davis was super professional and had ALL the answers to our many questions. While we were there for hours and getting tired, Davis made this experience seamless and very easy, walking us through the process every step of the way. I came to find out that Davis had only been employed at Bend Honda for 3 months and that he was new to the car business. Could have fooled me, he seemed like a pro to us!
