I recently visited the Cascade Villages store. A young man helped my find 3 sets of wipers for 3 cars. When I got home, I started installation. 4 our of 6 wipers were incorrect. So I returned the next day. I asked for a manager to assist me. She identified the problem and found the correct items this time. I went home and started installation. Working on the last car, the wiper box did not have the 'adapters' package included within it so I was unable to complete the swap out. For the third time, I returned to O'Reilly's. The gentleman behind the counter was surprised the parts were missing but immediately replaced it with a proper package of wipers and parts. While I understand that sometimes mistakes are made, I feel that 3 visits to the store for windshield wipers is a bit too much. Sadly, I won't go back to this store.

This is unacceptable for a one year old vehicle that cost north of $100K. Do better Kendall. For this fact alone I could not recommend this dealer. If you sell cars you need to service them within a reasonable time. UPDATE: Kendall folks saw my review and called me. David Citron in Service was friendly, apologetic, and very responsive to my concerns. He told me to come in immediately and have the recall addressed. They offered to have a look but said we'd have to schedule it online & it would cost us. Took it to Les Schwab and had the brakes fixed for free. - It was usually ~1week between communication from them on the checkins and follow ups on a few items.

When I returned the bike, I provided pictures showing what I'd originally expected to be done before ordering the bars like you and I had discussed. I ended up paying an additional $500 in labor and still have wires exposed and clipped together with zip ties. This is extremely disappointing spending $1250 in labor and not getting the job completed. Ron completed a very, very thorough exam, compiled a list of items in essentially 3 categories: items needing current work, items needing intermediate work, and items to be considered in the more distant future. I proceeded with category 1; scheduled list 2 for winter when the car was not in frequent use, and Ron completed all, with prices agreed upon and all done completely to my satisfaction. We had one adverse interaction, which came as a surprise blowup when he misinterpreted one of my comments, but this was smoothed over and with apology. The remaining items on his list can wait for now but I am a confirmed customer and quite particular.
