After listening, he worked very hard to restore our water. However, it was beyond what he could do on his own. He was thorough and explained all the possible solutions. Dylan then took it upon himself to call the office and see how quickly we could get on the schedule. We were able to get it scheduled quickly, and Dlyan came back with Austin to repair my water line from the well to the house. Everything was explained and what was involved in the replacement of the water line. They were even able to move a tree out of the way to be replanted when the job was done. I really appreciated the effort to save my tree. After working all afternoon, past dinner and into the evening they restored our water! I can't thank Dlyan and Austin enough for all the constant problem solving and keeping me updated. We were very thankful to have water again.
