A recent PCOS diagnosis and lots of family events coming up led me back to makeup to try to deal with my skin issues. The ladies here offered to help so often that I eventually just asked for help! For my dry skin and desire to not have a heavy base (despite plenty of acne and discoloration), I was recommended the Tula primer. I tried it on when I got home and I'm absolutely amazed! They took all of my needs into account, didn't deplete my budget, and gave me some of my confidence back. My boyfriend even said my skin looks better. She knows her stuff and won't just tell you what you want to hear. Her reputation is everything. I'd rather her tell me she won't do a process like in my case a perm because it would've fried my already over processed hair than do it to make me happy but then have my hair break off. I have never once been unhappy with the results when I jump out of her chair and my hair has never been healthier.

I had messaged a ton of different hair and makeup artists when I was first looking to book a team for our wedding. It was shocking to me how many never responded or failed to answer even basic questions. Kelly (the owner of this business) was quick to respond and answered all of my questions from the beginning. She always responded within a day or so when I sent her an email and made sure to address all the questions I sent her. She made the process and easy one. I had three girls do our hair and makeup - Jami did makeup, Chelsea did hair, and Rosy did both (including mine). They were all fantastic and made everyone look gorgeous. They showed up on time and worked quickly, so even with 8 people getting services, we stayed on schedule. They also were so much fun to hang out with and chat with. Their prices were reasonable ($240 for hair and makeup including airbrushing and eyelashes) and I was so happy with how everyone looked. I highly recommend Knight and Veil for your wedding!

When questioned she insisted she had did to my hair before (she had not and I have never had done before in her salon nor any salon ever before). I then questioned if my hair had gone so grey that it was necessary to do all my roots...still wondering why she was doing my roots when all I was there was for highlights. After processing i immediately told her the color was wrong...it was way too dark..to which she discounted what I was telling her and responded that My hair was just 'wet'. After cutting my hair, I again told her I was not satisfied with my color but she convinced me that it would 'get lighter when I washed it a few times. Bottom line...I will NEVER go back. Hate a hair dresser who doesnt listen to the customer after the customer has brought up a number of things while they are going on, doesnt check with the customer and re-confirm what the customer is having done. I should have made her stop and walked out. First time in my life a hairdresser has mixed me up with another customer and then didnt stop what she was doing and correct the situation. My hair is 5 shades darker...mousy brown instead of blond highlights. Thanks for the Christmas ruined hair color!!!
