Everyone is required to wear a mask however when you are in your secure plexiglass "cubby" it is personal discretion, although they appreciate it if you keep your mask on. Temperature checks are done at the door and you sign a Covid-19 waiver before going into your appointment. They do a great job of keeping everything clean and everyone safe! Stylists: All of the stylists are AMAZING, and I absolutely recommend Jen. The best piece of advice I was given by one of the stylists there is that yes everyone is qualified to do anything you need but when setting up an appointment ask who would best fit your needs. So if you're a brunette looking to deepen your color and get a chop you definitely want to see Zach but if your a blonde who needs a touch up on highlights and is looking for a long tapered look, Jen's got your needs! So when setting up your next appointment don't be afraid to ask for the best fit! The Cut/Services: To sum it up in one word... Luxurious! I have never had a bad cut, color, or service here. Prices can be a little on the high side but you are paying for quality, I like to think of it as investing in myself. Even if you are just going in for a cut not only is your hair receiving nourishing Aveda products but at the bowl, they do warm facial towels to enhance the relaxation experience. Atmosphere: Bright, inviting, sleek and modern was my initial impression of the salon. The staff is top tier and holds true to the Aveda name. The salon itself is extremely clean and put together, this is a local professional salon. I know it's hard to cut someone's hair for the first time but it wasn't anything like I wanted. I've had my share of bad cuts for sure and thank goodness my hair grows fast. It was way too short and the back of my hair was crooked, I looked like my hair was a bell. I ended up having to call my regular stylist (which was on vacation at the time I wanted a hair cut) and have her fix my hair. The price was a little too much for what I ended up with $96 and then I did a deep conditioning treatment which was another $15. I felt like she forgot about me in the bowl. And I tipped her $30 on top of that. Then had to pay my girl to fix it after all that. Still love the rosemary and mint shampoo but not the finished product. Lesson learned.

As we entered, several associates were standing in a group near the front, but no one greeted us or welcomed us into the store. While that alone isn't a huge issue, I overheard one employee comment about my niece wearing a birthday sash in what came across as a rude, annoyed tone. It immediately made us feel uncomfortable, especially since we were there to celebrate her. Not once did an associate check on us or ask if we needed help. Multiple employees walked past us (literally passing us on the aisle) several times, and I watched them stop to ask other customers if they needed assistance while completely ignoring us. At checkout, Lina was polite and kind, and I appreciated her friendliness. However, when the associate at the neighboring register called "next," we explained that we were together. She simply turned around and walked away without saying a word. Overall, I was hoping to make this a fun birthday outing for my niece, but instead we left feeling unwelcome. She's 8 years old and it was disappointing to see a group of women make no effort to acknowledge her, especially on her birthday. For comparison, we stopped at Sephora across the street , and their team went above and beyond to make her feel special. The difference in customer service was night and day.

I booked in January of 2026 with Halie. I told her how many girls I was needing to be completed, what location we would be getting her services at, and a general timeline of the day. She got me signed up with a contract and had me pay my 50% deposit. I was concerned about timelines and our ability to get everyone done so I reached out to Halie a few days to a week later. She then informed me that I have way to many bridesmaids for the timeline & I would need to pay for extra time at my venue as well as an extra assistant of hers. None of this was mentioned when booking. It was like she could care less when we were going through the booking process and just wanted my deposit paid. She also acted like it wasn't a big deal to add her $150 assistant. I was already in the contract and I didn't have a choice but I happily obliged as I was very excited to utilize her services. Fast forward to March, my fiance and I find out we are expecting. Timeline wise, this would put us in a position where I would be 8 months pregnant at the wedding, NO FUN!! So we decided to post pone into 2027. Every vendor was accommodating, some charged transfer fees while others were willing to just move the date as they were very understating. I mean we are still 7+ months out! Halie, on the other hand, decided that she will NOT transfer my date or refund the deposit, meaning she was going to take the $800 I paid up front, and would be happy to rebook me for another $800+ deposit. I do understand I signed a contract. However, with so much notice and certain circumstances I would expect the same grace EVERY OTHER VENDOR has given us. BE WEARY OF BOOKING WITH HALIE. She is unorganized and her business practices lean on the unethical side.
