Whatever reason your looking at my review and I can honestly say that Johanna really cares that your happy and as long as you let her know what you want she will make magic happen!! My very first visit as a newbie especially hearing so many horror stories about different places it was a bit nerve racking but the minute I called trying to make a an appointment for ASAP and she got me in as a new client quickly and explained what to expect for the first time ever I asked so many questions about how to care for them and she answered everything. When I left I felt awesome and beautiful!! Johanna was pleasant and easy to talk to. She kept me comfortable and I'm sure I fell asleep a few times and I'm sure I embarrassed myself by snoring !! My biggest advice I can give you with finding the right person is don't try them out once sometimes it takes multiple trips to find out what works with your and your eyelashes. I truly believe and know if you talk to Johanna and let her know what your wants and concerns are she will make it happen to the fullest. Yes eyelashes fall out and yes i definitely wished they stayed in longer but sometimes that is not in the cards.. I've been going here for over a year and I've had at least two appointments be canceled the day of, and one recently where she was a no-call no show, when I took time off work to make it to the appointment. I even called and left a message but never heard back. Super disappointing, and overall bad business practice. I see a dermatologist on a regular basis; trying creams and lotions and soaps, and finally the Dr and I landed on an antibiotic. I've been swallowing this antibiotic for nearly 10 years now. And if I miss even one stinking pill I break out and turn red for weeks. But... after only two sessions with Kim, I have not taken the antibiotic in nearly a week and I look normal! Absolutely Normal. No more creams, lotions, soaps or pills for this lady. I recommend this treatment for anybody who is fighting that terribly embarrassing red-face of Rosacea.

The red marks stayed longer than usual the next day I had tons of little pimples pop up around the area they had waxes. I have very clear skin this was completely out of the ordinary. I called to ask how old the wax they used was and they hung up on me. I'm beyond livid and have horrible zits all over my eyebrows and upper lip. I will NEVER go back there.
