Last week, I noticed it was TIME to get my brows done. I normally go to a spot in Kent but I wasn't really headed in that direction, so I had to hop on Yelp and find somewhere to get the job done - and that's how I found Kally! Walk-ins are welcome and they also accept appointments. It's on the side of Meridian in Puyallup, which can be tricky to navigate at certain times of the day. I got lucky and got in and out with no problems. Walked in and immediately kindly greeted. Noticed how clean it was right off the bat, and that there was only one woman working! Thankfully there was only one person ahead of me and she saw me in less than five minutes. She worked quickly and it was probably the least painful threading experience I've ever had. She did a great job with cleaning up & shaping my brows. The only downside is that this place is spendier than my usual spot - I normally pay $10 for threading AND tinting (I know, crazy), but here it's $25. I'll come here as a back up for sure, because overall it was a great experience and is about equidistance as the other spot I go to. read more

I came here to get my eye brows threaded, usually I go to a place in the mall because I didn't know anything closer existed but I'm so glad I found this spot! The place is clean, the lady that did my eyebrows asked me about a membership but wasn't pushy when I said "maybe next time". I appreciated that. And I feel that the pricing is fair. Went here to have my eyebrows done. I think it was Kally that did them. She was very friendly. My eyebrows are so light and haven't had any shape to them in a while. I had them tinted and threaded. They came out great. I wish there has a little more arch to them, but with what she had to work with, they looked great. I also got my upper lip threaded. Probably won't do it again, only because it caused a break out. Not her fault. The prices are amazing, and my tinting is just now fading, to where I need to fill them in, after 5 weeks. I took off one star just because I felt that one eyebrow had a little more taken off on the inner part, and I had to pluck the other one to make them even. But other than that, I was happy. Please do not go to this location if you want to keep your eyebrows!! The lady threaded both of my eyebrows almost off.. I have bald patches in some spots and they look so uneven. I used to have pretty thick eyebrows so I am in complete shock with how they look. I feel so uncomfortable and embarrassed that I don't even want to leave the house. Never coming back here. The woman who threaded my eyebrows did a horrible job. She never cut nor run a brush through them at all. I also got my underarms waxed, she didn't clean the area and the space inside was dirty. The wax was not warm enough and I could tell by the way she pulled the strip she didn't pull it in the correct way. Please take your money somewhere more professional. read more

I got threading done here since couldn't find a really nice place near puyallup. The ladies were really nice and thanked new for waiting. Have a good conversation and love how my eyebrows turned out! I noticed they had henna tattoos on their hands so I asked if they had the time for me to get one. There was like 3 people waiting besides me but still they did it and explained all the importance of henna in their culture. It turned out really good! Very upset with services received. My mom visited this business last night to get a eyebrow threading, lip wax and eyebrow tint. The eyebrow job was done very well, however the wax was not. Instantly my mother was burned. After she said omg it is burned, the lady did not look concerned what- so ever . I came to look and it sure enough was a second degree burn. The lady was still not anywhere near concerned. I re-iterated she was burnt pretty bad and the lady said" it wouldn't happen if you thread" maybe it's a cultural difference but that is not a acceptable response. At another point she said it was just because my mother has sensitive skin( surely not after waxing for almost 20 years),Not a I'm sorry not one ounce of regret or concern.
