When I went in I started to have a conversation with the injector who in passing mentioned they are not using botox on me but another brand. The supposed brand they would be using works faster and longer than botox she stated. Which I though ok interesting and though to myself it would have been great if she firstly mentioned this on the phone prior to me coming in and sitting in the chair because I was expecting to be injected with the botox brand. Aside from this, she was not going to clean my face with alcohol. I mentioned to her if she could please clean my face with alcohol, which she assumed I already had a clean face because I didn't have makeup on. I got "botox" in the forehead, between my eyes, crows feet, and in my jaw muscle (for slimming). I paid $629... Time goes by and I see no results. I messaged her concerned. I gave it time and the placement of the botox actually made the lines deeper in my forehead. She emphasized that she likes to be "conservative" with the dosage... Ok that is understandable but their should be SOME results!!! I came in again. So I paid $168 because apparently the dosage was too conservative and I made sure she knew what I wanted this time. I DO NOT want wrinkles in my forehead. I have gotten botox many times before (but not so many times where I am immune) and have never not seen at least SOME results. After this time around I contact her again. There is literally barely any difference. She says she sees a difference. I told her this is in NO WAY what someone would expect for botox results to look like. She mentioned how the results are better than the first time... I told her the FIRST TIME SHE DID THE BOTOX IT ACTUAL MADE MY FOREHEAD LINES DEEPER!! So anyways.... I go in and they do give free "botox" to my forehead and between my eyebrows... It does not work!! FYI I do not have a financial budget when it comes to my appearance. So this not about money. I would feel better that the money was donated to a charity on my behalf. I would not go to this place again. They do too many different "treatments". Go to someone who specializes in botox injections, that was my mistake. I really tried not to write a review. I didn't even want them touching my face the second time but I really tried my best to give them the benefit of the doubt. I appreciate their effort but there were many excuses she tried to make as to why I wasn't seeing results. These photos were May 14th. The last time I went in was April 20th. Which was about a month ago and there is no results! Over text all she does is use excuses as to why the results aren't there. the last excuse is it only last 2-3 weeks on some people.
