They will not upsell and my technician was honest in letting me know if a package may not be necessary for the results I am looking for. This place has been super understanding. I had two mishaps where I was stuck in the middle of traffic where the highway was backed up and at a standstill for hours; then I lost a pet on the reschedule. They didn't penalize me for either circumstance and that meant a lot during a very special time. You'll also notice that you have really smooth legs after your sessions. I had the tattoo vanish done in August 2014 by Deanna. While it did work, it removed most the red…read moreand some black from my tattoo, it was the most painful experience! What she doesn't tell you is that she is taking chunks of your skin off, going over your tattoo over and over and over again for over an hour, with a topical anesthetic, which doesn't help the pain. She told me I would scar, I expected that from the beginning. However the scar is worse then what she said it would be. I don't scar easily and I have never had a scar stick out above my skin level, even after having a plate and screws put in my ankle and a c-section. The scar is painful to touch, yes even now, and swells if my clothing rubs it. My friend had the same tattoo, same area, done by the same artist, she went to a tattoo vanish person in Phoenix before I even decided to have mine removed. She doesn't have any tenderness or pain when touched and no raised scar. I full heartedly believe this lady did a HORRIBLE job! I will be doing laser treatment after I get my scar to recede with scar away and hopefully not be so painful to touch. Tattoo Vanish needs a new rep in Tucson, Deanna is not good! I only gave 2 star because it at least removed most of the red, and faded the black, if it wasn't for her I'd probably do it again.

Dr. Moussa was my doctor. She and her care-staff made me feel super-comfortable and took the time to explain the process. The exam was conducted efficiently , but it never felt rushed. I was impressed by how gentle Dr. Moussa was and how she showed concern for me when she had to do a couple minor scrapings (it hurt at a "level 2" (like a pin prick) on a scale of 10, but she still was like a loving-mom taking care of her kid after he fell of his bike and scraped his knee--*That's kinda corny, but if you ever get treated by Dr. Moussa, I bet you think, "Oh, that yelp review guy was right, this does seem like a super caring mom is watching out for me.)" Additionally, on the front lines of Pima Derm, there is also a genuine warmth and empathy that can be felt as soon as one enters the facility (*actually, I felt this way when I first called to set up the appointment a few weeks ago, as whomever answered the phone, when I called, showed the perfect blend of professionalism and warm kind-heartedness as we spoke ). IIKa is amazing! Super friendly and very professional. My medium size tattoo is $90 per session and will take probably 5 sessions to remove and each session is spread out over two months. I'm looking forward to the end result which should have no scaring or damage to the skin.
