They are normally very meticulous but the one time that I went home with a bit of wax still attached, they were incredibly apologetic and offered me a free session. In addition, this last visit was the worst. I got a huge burn on my face. I thought it would die down after the first night but it looks pretty bad now and I've had to go into work for big presentations trying to cover this up. I asked the stylist to tame it and we agreed to a spot about 3 inches, plus trim on the sides. I removed my glasses and said "I trust your judgement" which was a mistake. She worked on it and when she was done I put my glasses back on and my beard was less than an inch long. She said when she got to the spot we agreed to she thought it was still too wild so she kept trimming, without asking me. I didn't complain, because the damage was done and I thought it would grow back quickly, but a month later it's still much shorter than I want - and much shorter than we agreed to. If I can't trust a stylist while my glasses are off, I can't go back here.

She refuse to do Joe ex which I paid $180 for and she also refused to do the same nail art that I wanted mind you I paid extra for my nail art $35 extra and she kept shutting down every idea. I said that I finally settled on a simple one I wanted my right hand, dark pink, my left hand light pink with some polkadots she said no she's not doing that not that she couldn't that she won't and she also refused to do ax. She ended up doing a horrible outdated flimsy, thin nail extension called Freeform not dual form Freeform, which is outdated and they came out so thin so flimsy the color. I hate it.
