When I started with them a few years ago, I was so happy to have found them after a bad experience with a Keene dentist. Plus, they were preferred providers with my dental insurance (they since have stopped being preferred providers with any insurance - ouch!). I have crowns and grind and clench. I wear a night guard. I do not eat chewy or hard things, searched and researched a toothpaste that wouldn't erode the crown's surfaces, I even brush for 2 minutes twice a day (I actually time it). Then I had a couple of teeth (crowns) break - front teeth - just suddenly I felt an object in my mouth, then another. Fortunately, I didn't swallow them! I didn't see my usual dentist. I saw some guy I didn't know, rushed me, and did not take into account my anxiety. I needed a partial, and the partial was a catastrophe. I was never given an opportunity to have a say in color. What I received was a partial that made it look as if those teeth were rotting and one of the "teeth" on it was crooked. I brought up the crooked tooth, and was told "it has to be like that." It took time, but I went back with my complaints and worked with my usual dentist. They were going to re-do the partial. It took 6 weeks to get it. It was lovely. The color we chose matched my teeth, the crooked "tooth" was straightened. Nice, yes? After 4 days, the partial broke. I went back, and was told "there is nothing we can do." I paid a lot for that dental appliance, and first, it was hideous, then beautiful, and then broke within a few days. Nothing they could do! I walked out in shock. Once in my car, I was so angry that I was shaking. Did I go back in? No. I have a valid, real condition regarding anxiety and medical practitioners. I was unable to go in. I will do something about such callous care - write reviews, and write to Bowman with photos. Frankly, I am traumatized by the whole mess. I also think, in part, I received poor care, "unable to do", because I was looking into going to another dentist - a practice that is a preferred provider with my insurance. I was still going to Bowman, because of the issues we were already in the middle of. I'd already paid Bowman, and it was definitely more than $1,000 for the partial. Now, I have a really ugly partial, a "new partial that broke within days, and am looking at paying for the same partial with a different dentist. Bowman's practice has gone from caring about clients to making that cha-ching!

Long story short, I was born with very weak teeth and had spent thousands of dollars trying to save them until they just weren't salvageable. I initially opted for dentures at another dentist. They were awful. I couldn't eat without them falling out, I gagged all the time, my upper lip started curling in and, at 45, i felt like I would never be the same again. I looked into many options to get all on 4 and some told me my case was too complex. Some were priced so outrageously I couldn't even imagine this being a possibility. I was so depressed. I even considered going to Mexico but my concern was that I would go through all that and then have complications that would make me fly back and forth to a foreign country and I could never afford that. One day, I got out of my funk and decided to hunt for someone again after realizing I feared going to Mexico and having complications. Bowman offered financing options I was approved for to get an All on 4 package. From my first meeting with Dr Bowman I knew my life would change forever. He has one of the best bedside manners I've ever witnessed. I've seen dozens of dentists and no one tops him. He explained everything in great detail and we came up with a plan. I couldn't believe I'd have new teeth and part of my life back so soon! Dr Bowman was a pure gem throughout the process. I was never waiting long for an appointment. His staff is beyond amazing and it is such a pleasure to watch them interact with him as he trains them during procedures. They clearly deeply respect him and love their jobs. I'm the middle of treatment I was diagnosed with cancer. This delayed my finals and could have seriously caused issues with my healing. Dr Bowman accommodated me every step of the way, working around my cancer appointments and becoming more like family than a medical professional. I can't imagine ever going to another dental practice. Today I feel beautiful, confident, and the compliments I get on my stunning, natural looking all on 4 are so uplifting. I was admitted this morning after an ambulance transport to their ER. I was initially surprised by their three-star rating and couldn't understand the reason. This is my second encounter with this Claremont hospital. Several years ago, I visited their ER due to a kidney stone; their care was outstanding, and I vowed to return if needed. Yesterday, I was treated for a hematoma in my left thigh on the ER floor, similar to treatment I previously received at the VA hospital in White River Junction. As my condition worsened, I was transported by ambulance to the nearest ER, which turned out to be here at Valley Regional--the staff were professional, attentive, and compassionate. In particular, Jeffrey, the paramedic on duty, provided remarkable care, exemplifying excellent emergency services. After tests, I was admitted this morning and met Kathy, the floor nurse, to be equally genuine, a true empathy with the perfect bedside manner personality, and skill level that made my stay exceptional. Not all the hospital beds I've had to sleep in over the past two months have been this comfortable. This room and VRH was private and calming. I'm not sure how people aren't experiencing the same relief I am, as everyone here has been exceptional.

My dentist retired and my records were transferred to Greater Falls Dentistry. Here I had a very…read moredisappointing experience at this dental office. The two women at the reception desk showed no regard for HIPAA regulations. When I arrived for my 10 AM appointment for my tooth extraction, the receptionist loudly announced, "You are here for your extraction of tooth #7," which was overheard by everyone in the lobby. This lack of privacy was extremely embarrassing. The situation worsened when I had to do an impression for my flipper. The staff reclined the chair down instead of sitting up, which caused me to gag. When I started to choke, the assistant yelled at me to lift my legs. This unprofessional behavior left me traumatized. To make matters worse, when I returned to pick up my flipper, the receptionists repeated their loud and intrusive behavior, announcing my presence and the reason for my visit to everyone in the lobby. The flipper itself was of poor quality, looking like it came out of a bubble gum machine, despite costing nearly $1,000. While the dentist was decent and the extraction itself went smoothly, the overall experience was marred by the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior of the front desk staff, the staff who did the impression and the poor quality of the "flipper." Her first at this office was her four year old well child exam and we were a little nervous knowing she'd need to receive vaccines at this visit and didn't want her first experience here to be a bad/painful one. However, we had nothing to worry about because Suzanne is literally the greatest nurse to exist. While our daughter's entire exam went well Suzanne truly won the award. I believe her ability to administer injections is unmatched. Her and the other nurse (phlebotomist, I think) working with her were so quick and did such a good job being distracting that our daughter didn't even have time to register that there was any pain at all. I never thought I'd see the day that we'd go to an appointment requiring shots and not leave the office in tears but trust me when I say it is possible! I asked how she obtained the medication and she told me "the providers prescribed them for each other." When I reported the behavior and the pills to the medical board both the practice and Michelle Cutler lied and denied the behavior. I still have the zip lock baggy and four pills. I have not touched the pills inside so I can assume any forensic evidence on the pills inside would not be mine. She and I have touched the outside and inside of the baggie. What kills me most is the emotional damage it has done to my teen son. He is friends with her son. My son thinks I am a liar as well. I am an emotional hostage. Sure. Turn over the evidence and prove myself not a liar. My son is still mad. Stay quiet my son is still mad and continues to think I am a liar. You employ a liar who has no regard to the feelings of families and children. Only her own. She engaged in unethical practice of Inter provider prescription of a controlled substance at a previous employer (her words). She gave controlled substances unauthorized to a civilian and then denied it when confronted in a legal manner causing emotion harm to a patient and a minor causing estrangement and damage. This is who you employ. A CYA "care provider". To the public be careful in your selection. This was my "friend" who though she was "helping" a friend with PTSD rather than working with her therapist and giving her a proper course of medications that was recommended. Which was within her power to do, which she would "not" do because we were friends. She would not treat me properly in her office due to to "ethics". But she did slip me four pity pills that were unethically prescribed to her and then lie when confronted. And at a cost to children. A severe lack of empathy towards mental health is shown here. More training is needed. She told me.....she just couldnt help me. Even though I was a patient at her patient farm practice. And she took my money and insurance. Visit after visit. Stay away. Be leery. Very leery. This NP will hurt you. Drain your bank account with appointments while getting proper meds for herself. Patient farmer, lier, manipulater of children. Be careful.

Dr Dan spends as much time and you...and he needs to leave the patient feeling seen and most importantly heard. House calls are happily provided for those incapable of coming into the office. As the area hospice doctor he provides end of life care and has a wealth of knowledge about available services in our area. The day this doctor arrived in our area is a blessing that keeps on giving.
