I went in for an emergency appt last week. I was in excruciating pain and was just miserable. Libby was the receptionist who took my call. She was very understanding and had me come right in. 20 mins later I was in the office having X-rays. Dr Wilson and his dental assistant Irena, were amazing. They were extremely compassionate to my issue and made me feel very comfortable. My expectations were to walk out with a prescription for an antibiotic and nothing more. Dr Wilson went above my expectations. He did a block to numb the pain, shaved the tooth down so I didn't bite down on it and put me on an antibiotic. I was given a referral to see an Endodontist for a root canal and told to return to CDCC for the crown. I will definitely be back and HIGHLY recommend this office. read more

Good dental practice except they don't answer the phone EVER or return phone calls. If they do call you back and you're not available to answer, you'll just end up playing an endless game of phone tag. If you need to make an appointment, you'd be better off to actually go into the office to schedule. We changed dentists and now go to one in New London and we are MUCH happier. read more

Not a good place. I took my child to Community Dental Care a few months ago. I was not allowed to go in with my child. After the cleaning, the hygienist came out to the waiting room and publicly discussed my child's dental issues while other people sat around and listened. They did not respect our privacy at all. I wouldn't recommend this place. read more

Worst place ever. Im glad I did not go here. I called to make an appoinment because I have a broken tooth. THe woman who answered the phone was a real bit**. She spoke rudely and sounded like i was annoying her by trying to set up an appointment. She told me she couldn't save an appointment for me, because it was first come first serve. When I asked if she knew of any other dentists in the area she (in a very stuck up and nasty voice) told me to google it. She should be fired for such awful customer service. If a place cant provide good customer service, do you really want them poking around in your mouth? i think not. TERRIBLE. IF I COULD GIVE THEM NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD. read more

Wish I could give them a negative star rating, but 1 star is the lowest I can go. Called them and had to leave a message as nobody answers the phone. Told them I had an emergency and to please call back soon. Never heard from anyone. Will NEVER go to this place.
