Maybe the fact that it was 3am and I was starving made it even better, but by God I'm going to be in trouble if I can stuff one of these into my mouth anytime I get hungry after hours. There's no shortage of cheese options and they give you a menu to help explain what is on each plate (this is based on a number system). They also have a menu you can order from so I had to choose a grilled cheese because if you're ever going to have a great grilled cheese it'll be from a cheese spot. You're charged based on plate color and could easily get ahead of yourself. There was just two of us so it was easy to share, but there is a booth for groups of 4, only downside to this is people on the outside couldn't grab from the conveyor belt and that's half the fun.
