The work crew is decent once they get going. But getting this company to come out in a timely manner to actually do the landscaping projects is another thing. Your project might get done at the end of the fall season if you sign up early enough in the Springtime. I'm 100% sure that your project will be delayed if a severe storms rolls though because they will go for the easy money first, it happened to many of the people I know who contracted with them. Oh and Julie, she is a piece of work with her rudeness and excuses. There's a reason why Julie doesn't pickup the phone when you call and always call you back. I had a fantastic experience with Benito's. We had extensive clean up work that was needed on our yard. They gave us a prompt estimate and got us scheduled very quickly once we signed the contract. They are currently doing work at my next door neighbors house, and have set up boards along my property and keep walking through our property- they have never even come to our door to talk to us- And also didn't pull the proper permits for the work they are doing. Tried talking to them, wasn't effective. Tried calling the office number, no one answers. read more

We tried them, but their billing was horrible and confusing. You have to pay for half of every service you will need upfront. That is somewhat understandable, but then you get a several-pages long bill that you can't figure out. I called and emailed for clarity and Julie sent me a very rude and short response. We used Benito a couple of years. Every year we had issues with their billing and secretary Julie is horrible. The guys are great, but we couldn't stand Julie and had to find someone else just because she is terrible to deal with. I asked for fall clean-up services and was told to send in half the fee -- they sent it back saying it was too late in the season and that I'd have to send in the full amount -- $225. Waited a couple weeks, no service. Called and spoke with Julie, she assured me that despite wet weather, they'd still do the clean-up but couldn't give me exact day as to when I might be scheduled. Service never happened and then extreme cold came. Called to ask for my money back and Julie said I'd have to send an email. I did. It's been almost 2 weeks and no one has contacted me or sent my money back. Called and left a message again today and emailed again. They have no problem cashing a check but can't be bothered to acknowledge me or send my money back for services not rendered. BAD BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! read more

Delays on install of mulch and fresh shrubs due to Covid, but understandable. They contacted JULIE to determine underground utility lines prior to digging. The crew of 4 showed up at 7:45 am on the hottest Saturday imaginable (hubby provided cooler w/ lots of water & a Dunkin' Donuts run!) Victor and the gang were great! Compost and mulch dumped on street, not our driveway (thank you!) Asked us for input on final decision for bushes install. Provided plenty of mulch. They were also very cautious of sprinkler and underground lighting system. Would recommend and will use in the future. read more

Benito's re-set, power washed, re-sanded and sealed our front stone walkway this summer. Efficient, clean work and reasonably priced. We plan to use them again to do our backyard patio next summer. read more

Absolutely wonderful to work with Benito's Landscaping. They showed up as scheduled and worked steadily until the job was completed. I had old landscaping removed and new bushes, plants and sod installed on my corner lot, along with power washing of the patio. Very professional and friendly, and I get many compliments on the new design. read more
