I was getting tired of the usual chain pizza joints. Looking for something different. Found this app called Slice that has smaller places and tried Benito's. I love the fact they have different size cheese breads. Other places have just one size. Theirs is really tasty and cheesy. Their pizza's are consistently cooked each visit. Adequate number of toppings and sauce. My go to place now for pizza. P.S. forgot to take a shot of the pizza. It didn't last long. read more

While house hunting in the area, my Husby ordered pizza from Benito's after a quick google search. We called in to order a large three topping pizza with pepperoni, bacon, and beef. The second large pizza was cheese. Within 25 mins he was walking out the door with huge grin. We dove into the pizza once arriving to home base. It was still hot, and covers well with toppings. I don't normally go to this location and won't be EVER again. I received a "trick pizza", looks fine on top but burned to oblivion on the bottom. Not only that, but when I reached out to them via telephone they hung up on me I wasn't rude I just simply asked to speak to someone about my order, then I turned to Facebook and they simply ignored it instead of just apologizing for their gross negligence. Dear restaurant's you have an ethical obligation to provide decent service and acknowledge when you've failed. Stop wasting people's money and time and stop being jerks about it. Awesome pizza. Never skimpy toppings. Same with salads. Rib tips are awesome. Sauce is great. 3 very minor things, wish they had Coke products..Greek dressing could be better..& menu says salami on antipasto but it's pepperoni. Big difference imo. All in all, one of the best pizza places around. Update. Don't order from here anymore. Quality has gone down. Sooo greasy... & they get orders wrong constantly. read more

Cannot go wrong ordering a pizza and some wings from here. You get an ample amount of toppings for your dollars and on a pizza that holds its own with all the other pizza chains. I know I will take some slack for it from the Buddy's diehards, but Benito's has them beat hands down. If you compare those two deep dishes side by side you won't have to ask yourself where (or if there any) the toppings are on the pizza. The boneless chicken wings are absolutely on point. They are not over-breaded nor greasy at all. You will be hard press to beat them at any other place. read more

We used to order from here 1-2 times per month... Never again!! At first the quality seemed to go down here and there followed by longer wait times and always new staff new faces which hey thats fine and all w/e high turn over rate..?! This followed by an increase in wait times if they say 20 just expect 25 then 30.. Then 35......?! The final straw was when my dad went to go pick up the pizza they said 25 my dad showed up 35 mins later to pick it up thinking it Must be ready by now!! He was met with an excuse of they had someone call off so its going to be just a few more minutes.. well he waited about 4-5 more minutes as he seen the same guy... handle cash... answer the phone... then start making a pizza... NO Gloves!! No hand washing!! Nothing!!! Our pizza must have been in the oven at that time but my dad turned around and walked right out empty handed... we ended up going out to eat that night. Im glad!! Looks like We wont set foot in there again.. I guess they lost another regular. It seems like alot of their regulars have left too. What a shame! Ordered pizza at 7:20 pm & at 9 the pizza has still not arrived. We called thrice & each time the person answering the phone told us it would "be there within five minutes"....the last call was at 8:50 & the pizza arrived at 9:30. Two hours after an order? Really? Literally best benitos in michigan. I tried the taylor location and it was horrible BECAUSE OF LACK OF CHEESE AND TOPPINGS. If you want a pizza that's actually delicious and has a GENEROUS amount of cheese and topping go here! I hate when pizza places skimp on toppings. First bad encounter the lobby was dirty cob webs on the windows 1 little dirty table that seemed to not have been cleaned from one of the workers breaks and they had been throwing garbage into a over flowing box. After seeing that I left that place alone for a while tried to give it another shot with a carry out but I was put on 10 minute hold on my way there I arrived to find out they had been closed before posted time and the "person" that put me on a "brief hold" was really just an answering machine which is just terrible business. Just stopped in when my friend had to stop next door at the shop. Haven't been here in years, but was kind of hungry for something fast, and their 99 cent slice of pizza caught my eye. He just so happened to JUST get done making it, still had to cut the pizza. So, he did and handed me a slice wrapped in foil, warned me it's very hot (thank you) and suggested using the napkins they had right there to insulate it, keep our from burning me, which I was going to do anyways, but I know not everyone has common sense. It was very good, cheese stuck all over the foil which sucked, but at least they use enough cheese and pepperoni. The guy was very nice, pizza hit my craving without having to spend on a whole one, so thank you Benito's for that option. read more

I have been getting carryout for many years. I get the deluxe round, and it has never disappointed. It reminds of how when I was a kid, Little Caesar's used to taste, before it became cheap, filler pizza like cardboard. Benito's uses very fresh toppings and it is just a really good pizza! I say give it a go! I saw a few comments on other reviews on delivery. If they are really busy it may take a few extra minutes, but to me it was worth it, and the pizza was hot when delivered. read more

Worst pizza place I've ever ordered from. They said 45 minutes to an hour for delivery. It arrived over an hour and a half later - pizza was cold and they forgot one of our items. Driver said he would bring us the food he forgot. Now it's over two hours later and still don't have our food. Tried talking to the manager of the Westland/Livonia location. She was rude and unhelpful, making excuses for what happened. She offered me half off my next order, but with service this bad, I won't be coming back. read more

The absolute worst service I have ever had. I ordered through grub hub, which the people at benitos blamed. But they had the ticket saying please deliver at 5:30, so why they delivered my food at 2:30 in the afternoon is beyond me. The kicker is that I was ordering it to be delivered to my girlfriend at work, so I wasn't able to hands on take care of it. Her co-workers took it because she wasn't in yet, and by the time she got to work at 4 the food was cold. The manager then had the audacity to be incredibly rude on the phone, yelling at me when the blame rested on the kitchen. He was unwilling to make a fresh order, saying that since her coworkers took it they wouldn't even give me a refund. What a spectacular way for Benito's to ruin what was supposed to be a thoughtful gesture. After 6 calls reluctantly cancelled my order. Will NEVER order through them again. read more

Ordered a large pepperoni pizza and a medium antipasto salad. Pizza was basically cardboard with cheese and pepperoni on it with almost no sauce. Zero taste. Salad was lacking lettuce believe it or not, it was mostly veggies. The leaf lettuce (no iceberg at all) that was used was not even chopped well. Walked in to pick it up and the kitchen, which is easily visible, was a disaster and not clean or fresh looking. Maybe if the staff weren't all sitting in the corner and actually working this place would have a chance. Two stars were for timeliness and the location (which only is relevant for me). I ordered a large deep dish pepperoni pizza and a small Benito bread. I called at 7:50pm and was told it would be delivered in 30-35 min. At 8:40pm, I called to see where my pizza was. I was told she should be here any minute, I live 5 min. away. At 8:50pm, I received my order, 1 hour later. My pizza was cold, not even slightly warm. I will NEVER order from Benitos again. I usually order from a different place, but decided to give them a try. What a bad idea that was. read more

We used to order from the Benito's in canton and it was always good. Since we moved we tried the one in Westland and we didn't care for the pizza. Two years later, we thought we'd give it another try... it was awful! We ordered a round pizza and the crust was paper thin and soggy on the bottom but the ridge was extremely thick and dry. We ordered it with garlic butter crust which we did not get. The pepperoni and onion were barely cooked. It was not good! We will not order from this location again! read more

If i could give it zero stars i would. Was told my pizza would take 20 mins so i showed up 20 mins later and was met with "oh you're early we are just making your pizza". Not a big deal, so i waited with my 4 yr old and proceeded to listen to the gentleman talk on the phone to some third party website and swear up a storm in front of my kid. We waited outside so my kid didnt have to hear some unintelligent idiot speak like that. 15 mins later after we walked back in to check on our pizzas, i noticed the waiting area probably hasnt been mopped in weeks let alone vaccumed. There were dead bugs on the window sill and the counter consists of broken tiles and failing caulk. If what your customers see is that bad, what does it look like in the kitchen? I am going to file a complaint with benitos corp because this place would not pass a health inspection in a million yrs. IMO i would not reccomend this location. Been to others i.e. canton and it was great, consistency must be an issue with this franchise. read more
