I've ordered from this restaraunt on a few occassions, and I'm sorry to say that none of those visits impressed me. The pizza was very generic, and it felt like I could have gotten the pizza from anywhere. Honestly, I think I'd have gotten equal if not better quality with a better deal from one of the main chains. This time around, we ordered pasta to try and change it up. It was... not good. At all. If you're a fan of DeLuca's then I suppose this place is for you. The mostaccioli was mushy and gave me the impression that it'd been sitting in a vat of marinara all day waiting to be ordered rather than made to order. The ravioli was slightly better, but still nothing to sing about. The bread was good? I suppose if you make pizza is your primary bread and butter, then it's good that you make a decent breadstick/pizza dough. But we won't be coming back here again. The pizza might be the best pizza I have ever had. I ordered a pizza with green peppers, onion, sausage, pepperoni and bacon and it was amazing. The flavor and proportion of the pizza sauce was perfect. The crunch of the crust was amazing. Let's talk about the service. There was a slight mistake on my pizza, no big deal mistakes happen. And they let me keep my pizza in addition to making a new, corrected one. I really appreciated that and the pizza smelled so good that I was willing to pay for the new one. But they gave it to me. It's not a restaurant you will sit in. It's definitely more of a take out spot. But I'm sure if you were to sit in they service would be great. 10/10 will get the pizza again!!! read more

This is our go to place for pizza. The ingredients are always fresh and it's always cooked the way we like it (well-done). We prefer the square pizza but we have also enjoyed the round. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. They're usually very busy during the weekend so plan ahead as it can take a while for your order. This place was a mom and pop or family type restaurant. I believe most of their business is takeout and catering. It was pretty empty when we showed up at 530 on a Tuesday. The restaurant was clean and they were friendly. There were a bunch of catering supplies in the restaurant area but it wasn't too cluttered. The bathrooms were clean as well. A little forgetful, but friendly. We asked for the check and she ended up leaving the restaurant in a delivery. So I think the amount was correct. But we never actually saw our bill. The portions were good and the prices reasonable. We had a large Mangia salad to share and two pepperoni rolls on special for $6. Out bill with tip was just over $20. The food tasted good and we took a little home but that was a pretty good amount for two people. I would definitely visit this place again. read more

Update! We ordered online and picked up our pizza this time. We were there maybe 5 minutes before our order was ready. The pizzas were hot; and just as I thought, even better than before! In addition to two pizzas, we also ordered chicken fingers. The chicken fingers were huge and delicious as well. I love the breading. I recommend honey mustard for dipping. read more

I have been wanting to try this place for a while and I am so glad I finally did. The bruschetta appetizer was great, the toppings were very fresh. Also ordered cheese ravioli and it was very good. The margarita pizza is very light and crisp on the bottom but also has fluffy crust. The supreme pizza is AMAZING!!! The other day we ordered fish and chips and a couple canolli for carryout, and from the moment we placed our order we were impressed. The man who took our order asked when we would be picking up so he could time it so that the fish wouldn't get soggy, and then said he would get to work on the canolli first. We were surprised but very pleased and were really anticipating getting our order to see just how fresh the fish and canolli would be- and they did not disappoint!! The fish was incredible, honestly some of the best fish and chips we've ever had. They were very fresh, cooked perfectly, very thick thick cuts of fish and the breading was perfect. They weren't greasy at all which surprised me since I'm not sure I've ever had fish and chips that weren't at least a bit greasy, but these were just perfect. The fries were great too, but the fish was definitely the best I've ever had for a carry out from anywhere (and I've had a LOT of carry out fish and chips over the years), and may just be the best I've ever had in general. The canolli were clearly just freshly made and again some of the best I've ever had. We are very excited to order from them again and try out more of the menu, they definitely gained some new regular customers!!! read more

Was not satisfied I ordered spinach tomatoes pizza and states sauteed spinach but was not sauteed, I ordered as soon as they opened and still have to wait hour for my food, the reason being they had to make the Alfredo sauce from scratch due to my custom order couldn't hardly tell they're was Alfredo sauce on the pizza..... didn't know round meant thin crust, and lastly should have offered me complimentary dessert or something for the long wait or better yet discount the whole order will not be returning. read more

We have gotten take out pizza there in the past, it was always decent. Wanted to give going inside a try. We were only ones to be seated. No one saw us for quite some time. I noticed how the placed looked. Old, outdated, dirty. Floor looks like it hadn't been mopped in months, paint is all old and dirty. Pictures are crooked, ceiling tiles look like they're going to fall on top of tables. The window sill is filled with dust, dirt and stuff fallen off the plants. The curtain rod looks like it came from a garage sale and they bartered to get it down in price. Our table was quite sticky to the touch. Waiter told us to get our own drinks, the dispenser is corroded and has water stains all over it. Took a long time for our food to get delivered, the thin crust pizza was fair, no complaints. My daughters sandwich was overcook and piled so thick and high that it was falling apart just sitting there. We grabbed a to go order for my son. The order was wrong, he wanted cheese ravioli, waiter even came back a second time to confirm the take out. When we got home it was meat. He said the meat looked like cat poo in the pasta and had zero flavor. He tossed it. If this is normal, they are doing big disservice to the Chimento's name/ sign they have hanging on the back wall. So, I have a love/not so love relationship with this place. When they're good, they make one of the best pizzas I've ever had. The problem is with consistency, which is spotty. They're a family business and when the family is making the pizzas, they are awesome. But that's not always the case. They are very fair and spot on in any problem that comes up (they sent me a free pizza once when they took an hour to make it due to how busy they were). I would order from them at least once a week if their consistency was better. I think they need to maybe hire better people, because the family, when they're doing the cooking, they are awesome. read more

I have been eating at Mangia for a very long time. I can say that the food is some of the best in the county. They take pride in the food they make. When you get a sandwich from here, it is massive. It is a perfect sandwich. I suggest The Godfather or the club but i have tried almost all of them and they are excellent and made with home made bread.
