This review is about this location specifically, and not about domino's pizza in general. If you don't like domino's pizza, you won't like this place and this review isn't for you. If you're looking for local pizza, try Newburgh station or Compari's or Buddy's - they're all really fantastic. If you like or are fine with domino's pizza or are just in the mood for pizza that is inexpensive and easy to order through an app, this location is fantastic. I've got a preschool age son and his favorite pizza is domino's. I'm cool with domino's pizza and their app actually makes it way easy for busy parents like me. I've been ordering from this location since I moved to Plymouth 3 years ago. Of the many times I've ordered, only once did they forget something and it was a marinara sauce - whatever, I didn't even call them because it wasn't a big deal. If I called, I'm sure they would've taken care of it. Delivery is always fast. The delivery persons have always been super awesome and friendly. Even at chain restaurants, sometimes food quality can vary. Here, it's usually really good and hot when it arrives at my house. It's Domino's so you probably know what it tastes like. But this is a really good location with fast delivery and the food is always hot when it arrived to your home. I highly recommend the app to make everything even easier. read more

After seeing the commercial featuring the cheese filled crust, I decided to give it a try. My order also included 6 chicken wings. I was not impressed. The wings were salty and the pizza was mediocre. Service was prompt and the food appearance was adequate. The environment was clean. Ordered a pizza with pepperoni, bacon, and mushroom. Pick up time was for 6:12-6:22. Got it and immediately seen it was old when we got back home. Tasted old, it looked like they grabbed an old pepperoni and threw some random toppings on it and reheated it. I'm not the one to usually do this but this really disappointed me and feel everyone should know and see this to be careful. I took the pizza back and watched and never broke eye contact with the manager remaking my pizza. Incredible difference. When I brought it back it's like they knew what they did immediately when I walked in offered to remake it right when I opened it up. Very sad. read more

Tried to order online from here for the first time since moving to Westland , they're the only picks place supposedly open late . They consistently make orders wrong. Every time we order from here we have to thoroughly check our orders because they give us something wrong. So, quit coming here for the past 5 months and started going to a different place. However, tonight our new spot had no electricity so they were closed. So in a pinch I gave them another shot. I ordered a deluxe pizza. Well, BLEW IT AGAIN. They made me a ham pizza. What??? How do you miss the mark that bad. THEY OFFERED NO APOLOGIES, no refund, nothing. I ordered delivery from this location a few nights ago and I think it actually might have been one of the best pizzas I've ever had (maybe I was just really hungry?). Always go online and check the coupons. I ended up saving like 3 dollars on a 3 topping pizza. I had ordered my pizza on the app last time, so I got my "emergency pizza" today for dinner. I was shopping so I was really really late getting it and I did not have very high hopes lol. I ordered a pan style pizza with pepperoni and mushroom. I will start with the bad thing, which is only that, one side had a few mushrooms and the other side had none. Looking past that tiny mistake I just want to say that this was the best pizza I ever had. My daughter who does not like pizza very much and will have one slice MAYBE...finished off the whole pizza with me. The dough is delicious and the pizza is amazing too. Such an unexpected and pleasant surprise. I will be only ordering from Dominos from here on out. Do not come here they have massive amount of fruit flies. I just got fired from here and THEY MIX THE FRUIT FLIES IN WITH THE PIZZA SAUCE AND USED IT FOR CUSTOMERS. DISGUSTING. also has black mold in the back where dishes get wash to place food in. Health inspectors need to come asap!!!! The owner does nothing about the broken hand sinks/ dish sinks. This is a very well-run Dominos! I have lived in Westland shy of two years and have ordered from them several times during that timespan. Delivery is amazing: I've always had the delivery driver at my doorstep in fifteen minutes or less from the time I placed my order! The food is always great and so are the prices. If you order online, you can add coupons to your order and they have a tracker that informs you of your current order status (X is preparing your order, Y is quality-checking your order, Z has left the store with your order, etc.). I've also gone in to pick up from them and they were very sweet. Awesome restaurant, awesome employees and my go-to on the nights where I'm too lazy to cook! read more

I would be remiss If I did not note that the Manager of this Domino's contacted me. He was quite kind and offered to replace my order and add a free dessert. On taking advantage of this offer (I declined the free dessert,) I was stunned to find that they had gotten my order wrong! Now let me say this...the young people working at Domino's, on this night, were extremely polite...but sadly, they seemed overwhelmed (struggling to find my order and , of course, giving me the wrong order.) I have to think that sometimes we rush, well meaning, young folk into difficult situations when maybe a little bit of patience and time might do them well. Again, very nice young people placed in a difficult position...working a pizzeria isn't the easiest thing to do. I think we've been ordering from this location for about 2 years now. In that time I've only had one order come to us wrong but I couldn't be certain if I didn't communicate my order properly over the phone. I usually order online but we had a local fundraiser card that required a phone order. Only issue was that I thought I had requested a pan pizza (medium) and we didn't get it. For all the orders we've placed (probably twice a month or so), to only have one mess up that might not even be their fault is stellar. We order from a lot of local places (Vizzy's, Jets, PH, Papa Johns) and have had the occasional mess up from every place. Drivers are always polite and -fast- which is critical with a couple young kids in the house ready to tear the place down around us to get their dinner. I've never been kept waiting on a delivery, they always quote around 30 minutes and beat that time. Couple of times I've gone in for carry out orders the staff is friendly, place is as clean as one would expect. Happy overall - this location is pretty much our go-to place for pizza most of the time. Only real complain I have is recipe based and has nothing to do with this location. Since they started changing ingredients we can't really stand the flavor of their hand-tossed pizza's (larges). Love the medium pan pizza flavor though. Really wish the company would add large pan pizzas to the menu. That's the only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars. read more

Burnt the softness out of my specialty chicken order. So burnt, it looks like the sides of their dominos cheesy bread (which is usually black and crusty). Not sure if this is the way they (this store) makes it or dominos in general but it was bad. It also cut my gums and was difficult to eat with a fork. Required a knife to cut the burnt chicken in pieces. The order resembled something that looks like they threw chicken, bread and sauce, mixed it together by hand and then threw it in the oven (but in a bad way). I will say this, this isnt the first time Ive received burnt food but this was the worst. They've gotten my order wrong a few times as well (and 100% of my order are online). Oh wells. Probably last time I order dominos as Ive kind of fed up with the way its made. I'll start trying other branded pizza shops and see how that goes. read more

Haven't had dominos in awhile, so I decided to give them a chance. Waited an hour and 15 minutes to get a pizza when they said it would only take 20 minutes. Once I got there, I reminded them almost every 20 minutes about it. Instead of making sure that my pizza was ready during this time, the staff complained about costumers and deliveries TO other costumers that came in the store. In my final reminder the staff told me that it "got lost" and they had to make a "new one". All and all, they didn't offer to give me my pizza for free, only to give me a free 2L of pop. We have ordered from this location for the past three years but recently delivery has gotten slower and slower. On Saturday night, we ordered a pizza, and an hour later, the app still shows the pizza is being "prepped." We understand Saturday is busy, but since the pizza hadn't even baked yet, my husband called up to ask. The person who answered asked him to hold, so he did. Fifteen minutes of holding later, I advised him to hang up and call back. Someone answered and asked "can you please hold?" My husband said "no" and started to explain he had already been holding for a while, but they had already put him back on hold. Frustrated, we decided to drive up there and cancel the order and get something else to eat while we were out. The pizza had gone in the oven by the time we got there but we still cancelled out of principle. Have no idea how good their food or delivery is as they refuse to deliver to my apartment complex stating the police advised them not to. Really? So I called the WPD and they could not confirm that, only stated that Domino's can choose who they do or do not want to deliver to. I see all kinds of food delivery cars in here day and night.
