After waiting 45 minutes with no update, I went back to the desk only to be told that my appointment had been moved to 12:45 p.m. and that I "should have received a text." No text was ever sent to my phone, and I had already checked in at 11:30 with my sample. I was furious, this wasted nearly an hour of my time and caused me to be late for my teaching assignment. I told them I would not be paying for this appointment. They refunded my co‑pay and offered a quick "sorry about that," but the inconvenience was already done. Now they're asking me to come back again tomorrow for the same appointment. I am extremely frustrated with this CSUA location and its staff. The lack of communication and disregard for patients' time is unacceptable.

We were in the emergency room that night. Major infection and a week in the hospital with not a call nor visit from Dr. Coons. Follow ups included several CT scans, multiple administrations of antibiotics, tendonitis, more procedures to discover dissolvable stitches that didn't dissolve and had to be removed, and another procedure to remove scar tissue. Phone call follow ups on any of those problems? One. Now when it appears there is more scar tissue causing a low pee stream, we call the office and find out Dr. Coons has left the practice. Did we receive a phone call or letter letting us know this was going to happen? Nope.
