He responded promptly to my request and happily answered all of my questions (which were a lot) and never once made me feel rushed, clearly explained his logic/approach and gave me full confidence in his recommendations as an expert. Last but not least is that he could've easily upsold me on services, but after a thorough assessment including my main line, ultimately recommended the least costly approach with some suggestions for future consideration if any problems arise. A woman called my husband back and said she didn't know what was going on, but would call the owner, and someone would get back to him that night. No one ever called back. I called again yesterday to see what happened and to give them a chance for my business back and to explain themselves, and no one answered so I left a message. No one has called us back. Completely unprofessional and in all my life I've never been stood up by a service provider. Terrible. Do NOT use these people.
