Instead, a technician arrived at our door less then an hour later. He was unable to fix the issue. Peggy ordered a new chair, it was delivered within a few days and its been working great since then. You might think that's not a big deal, but ipostal charges you if you don't pick up your mail in a given time. And their phone lines always have a wait. 4/4/2026- I came to pick up 4 pieces of mail and they lost one of the pieces of mail.
