Having to arrive late here in the island where I was born, Cebu city , actually just across the bridge at Mactan ,Lapu-Lapu , we check in at our hotel Dusit Thani. This is a gorgeous hotel resort and with that this nice Thai restaurant. I am reluctant person on known spicy food such as Indian and Thai food normally would be a bit spicy even though for them it may not be even spicy lol.
Anyway, we got seated for 4 . Me , my 2 sisters and my brother in law. We had a long day traveling and was hungry. We got here and here in PH I notice most if not all restaurants and hotels staff are very proactive and respectfully polite. So we ask about the menu and I got myself a dish that consist of USDA sirloin beef (that's significant because it's imported meat and it cost more) aired with mushroom and tofu , there was a side of jasmines in rice I share with one of my sister. She had noodles with shrimp. It was a la cart so they also shared meal with it. My other sister and her husband have order their food a la cart as well. I was the only one that wouldn't share lol . Why should I , it was delicious and it was enough for me. Anyway I had Thai ice tea with it and they have a drink that had a flower in it, when you put the lemonade it turned purple . The taste of the drink was so good. All in all this is a 5 star international resort that caters to tourist so this Thai restaurant is pretty exclusive mostly to their guest. I enjoyed my dinner here. read more
