No sand, didn't have seawater at all so you know they took good care of preparing your food. They put in vinegar, onions and tomatoes. It was a perfect blend. Could barely taste the vinegar. The restaurant is spacious, clean and charming with a red and white theme that perfectly matches their logo. They specialize in lechon and this was visibly noticeable in their menu that featured a variety of lechon dishes. From Lechon Kare Kare to Zubuchon Diniguan and Lechon Fried Rice, they had a lechon dish for everyone. We opted to get their famous Zubuchon (490 Philippine pesos) featuring roasted pig with crispy skin and tender meat, along with their Zubuchon pancit (260 Philippine Pesos) and medium rice (85 Philippine Pesos). The Zubuchon was the true star! The skin was perfectly crisp, and the meat was juicy and flavorful. The seasoning was spot on and I particularly enjoyed the hint of lemongrass and aromatic spices. I do wish there had been a bit more crispy skin, but overall I was a fan. Not to be outdone, the Zubuchon pancit was excellent. I enjoyed the long, silky noodles with pieces of Lechon mixed in.
