After my doctor submitted the referral, I received a call from the scheduling department almost immediately. Before scheduling the appointment, I specifically asked whether they accepted my insurance. I was told, without hesitation, that they did. After waiting three weeks to see the specialist, I arrived for my appointment and checked in. When I handed over my insurance card, I was informed that they did not accept my insurance. Instead, I was told I could proceed as a self-pay patient at a cost that was approximately four times what I would have paid if they had accepted my insurance. When I returned to my referring doctor's office to request another referral, I was told they had been hearing about similar experiences from other patients. Based on my experience, this felt like a bait-and-switch. I relied on the information I was given when scheduling the appointment, only to learn after waiting weeks that my insurance was not accepted. At that point, I felt pressured to either pay significantly higher out-of-network costs or delay necessary medical care by starting the referral process over. read more

When calling to reschedule an appointment with Dr. Adams, the person was not aware of how to be a customer service person. I had trouble checking in when I arrived at Infiniti and Bloom after I had already given the new insurance information and then I was told I had two records Not sure why. But as far as seeing Dr. Adams, she is on point. read more

Wait time s ridiculously long. Over an hour wait almost every visit. They are over booking their doctors and making their patients wait in extremely crowded, shoulder to shoulder and back to back waiting rooms - they are wedge in like sardines. The care is good, but there is no reason for the extremely long wait period! read more

I was sent here by my eye doctor at VisionWorks (Elizabethtown location) in Jan. 2020 because of a small tear on my retina (on my right eye) that she found after my annual exam in late Dec 2019. The Office Staff at B&B are very professional and Friendly. The lobby is spacious and there are plenty of chairs in every section of the waiting room and the bathrooms are very clean. Their are plenty of tech/assistants in the office. Doctor Inder Singal (Retinal Specialist) was attentive and excellent in giving me a diagnosis with my problem and treatment (laser retinopexy) performed during my visit. All my follow up appts have been very pleasant. Dr. Singal suggested to also see their glaucoma especialist, due to some eye pressure I was feeling. Dr. Keith Slayden was also professional and friendly every time I've seen him. Since their re-opening from Covid19, I've been back twice and everyone is wearing masks and the staff is taking all the precautions on staying away from each other and patients. You are to call in from the parking lot to check-in. Only the patient is allowed to come in, unless you need assistance. So far, ALL my appointments have been a good experience with the staff and doctors. I will recommend this E-town office. read more

Worst place ever of course this is my opinion. This review is for the Elizabethtown, Kentucky office. Dentist, E.N.T, and any oral surgeons are able to take care of patients. What is the problem with Bennett and Bloom? This is the second time I have had an issue trying to get medical care at this facility. The first time after lengthy discussions and accommodation, they agree to see me. When I call yesterday for and appointment I did let them know that I am unable to wear a facemask. I told them I could and will wear a face shield. I was told this was not a problem. But upon arrival this morning they said Dr. Singal was uncomfortable and unwilling to see me. So, because of my inability to not be able to wear a mask, they denied seeing me. I am not the only person that has this issue. Many people have suffered trauma that makes wearing a mask impossible. My mom recently had surgery to fix a macular pucker. The surgery took place at Norton's in Louisville which is about an hour away from where she lives. Fortunately, there is an office much closer to her for rechecks. This was most helpful as she needed to be rechecked the day after surgery and then 1 week after. Not only was their office clean and well-maintained, but the staff there seemed professional, friendly and helpful. There was a long wait, but I guess that's to be expected with a thriving practice such as theirs. Also, she made an appointment for late in the afternoon as I had to drive a couple of hours to get her to take her in. Her eyes are improving and she will return for another recheck in 7 weeks. read more
