I requested my prescription and was given one without all information which proved worthless, missing was astigmatism information which is critical for correct glasses. I called to get prior prescription and was met with resistance then was told would email me, never came. A week later I called back and finally got a email where the important information was on this prescription. I bought online for $149 a perfect pair of glasses which are the best I've ever had. I will never go back because of the unscrupulous way they sabotage your prescription if you decide to get your glasses somewhere else. Good buy.

I went in there today to get my safety glasses and asked about the care kit promised to my wife and got the same ol same ol...... "Were out at the moment, keep checking back with us"..... Seriously!!! Then she had the nerve to try to convince me that my wife dosent get the kit. Really?????? Can't you just take down our phone # and call when they come in?????? The lady didn't want to but she finally took the #....... Yeaaaaaaaaa we all love hassels!! NOT. If my insurance didn't make me go to this place I would not go. They get a 1 star for customer service, the only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because there are lots and lots of frames to choose from and the store is always clean and well organized. I can go on and on about other experiences I've had there along with several other co workers I've spoke to that have had issues with this store also. From warm customer greeting during check-in with Stephanie, to eye testing with Ms. Geneva, who does exams with great care, we felt so well taken care of. Our Optometrist (Dr. Sandy Cox O.D) was outstanding and a very caring doctor. She examined our eyes with great care with professional knowledge to guide us. Their dental hygienists are very friendly and helpful. The dentist made my visit very comfortable and informative. Mortenson family dental is currently accepting new patients but be ware of payments and dealing with insurance. The last visit to them they said I didn't have to pay anything and later they sent me a bill for the X-rays I had done which they told me I needed them until this most recent visit where the dental hygienist told me those X-rays I had last year were not really needed. There was miscommunication in their part at the time but all in all this a good dentist.

My wife just got new dentures at this office and the upper…read moredenture doesn't fit and hasn't from the beginning and I took her for follow up appointment today 9 days since we picked up the dentures to take to oral surgeon and the upper denture is WAY to loose wouldn't stay in her mouth at the oral surgeons office and has never fit and my wife was told today at follow up visit to use fixodent instead of them doing a hard reline of the upper denture which is what needs to be done because it wasnt made right from the beginning and when I confronted them about fixing my wife's upper denture properly with a hard reline the rude people at Affordable dentures told me to leave or they would call the police. Now i have to take my wife to another dentist and pay to have her NEW upper denture relined. So Stay away from this place you have been warned!
