He came out and discovered the seal between the toilet tank and the toilet bowl was not secured properly and leaking. Michael tightened the bolts and fixed the leak. He found a couple and recommended some repairs but since it was a Saturday and repairs were not urgent, I decided to wait on the fixes. I found Michael to be very professional explaining what he was doing and what needed to be done.
