He left my bathroom spotless after two messy repairs and I was so impressed. I have not always had good luck with contractors or repair people. More often than not, I have ended up feeling cheated, frustrated and disappointed, But not with Shaw. I believe this is the second fantastic experience I have had with this company. Michael provided us with a full home inspection to give us peace of mind that all of our fixtures were working properly and in safe condition for the upcoming winter months. He helped provide us with reasonable pricing for replumbing our master bathroom shower and replacing 2 older toilets. While we didn't do the projects right away, we were able to call and request Michael for service as soon as we were ready to complete them. He had the shower plumbing completed within an hour and he replaced both toilets at what seemed like lightning speed with zero mess! The plumbing service was so helpful when we learned that the old dishwasher was leaking. PANIC TIME…read more- after we quickly purchased a new one, they came out and did a fantastic job of installing the new work - correctly. Who knew that old copper piping crimps a dishwasher line! They replaced the tubing with newer stuff that won't crimp. After they installed it, we tested everything out and it worked fine. When informed that the recent job did not reflect a 10% ($32.50) reduction, I received unintelligible speak and no adjustment was offered. Mike sounded pressed for time. I get it. It defies logic as to why any company would burn any customer! People talk and people post. Shaving someone for thirty two bucks could cost a merchant Far more in lost customers....I don't understand. Saving $32.50 is big for me although apparently more so for "affordable". They'll capital N, Never, ever have my business again. It's not about $32.50, it's ALL about integrity and the lack thereof.

My father in law had been quoted for a job by the owner Dan himself. Not only did they dig an 8ft…read moresquare and 10ft deep selected by Dan himself where to dig to where it nearly took over his front yard and an entire day but comes to find out this said hole was unnecessary. He also quoted for additional work that was never done and not needed. He charged my father in law over 16k. I maybe wrong but I do believe my father in law should not have been billed for their mistake and hours spent on their mistake. When asked to speak with Dan regarding the over billing he was unprofessional and refused. Instead he made his worker come collect payment in full. His workers Brian and Jason we absolutely amazing. Thank goodness the owner Dan has them because based on my experience with Dan the owner his unprofessionalism and over billing and lack of concern is appalling.

In my opinion, they took advantage of a handicapped elderly woman. And I'm being nice here. That is so wrong in so many ways ... and I'll do everything I know how to make sure the public is aware.
