Fast forward to today. I was really struggling with how hard the water is here (my hands were cracking and it isn't winter yet!). Because of limited space at my home to install a water softener/filter system, I found a system that worked well for my space but it would require some routing of pipes, etc. to make things work. Ryan sent Jesse to take care of the job, and Jesse was great, too! It ended up being more work than anticipated and he was great about letting me know everything it would entail. But in the end, there's nothing better than a knowledgeable plumber. And that's just what Jeremy, owner of Anderson's Plumbing Solutions is; a super knowledgeable plumber. Jeremy was kind enough to respond via text, from a quote process in Yelp, to let me know he could make it to our home in the early afternoon to help us and would text or call me as he got closer. Jeremy called and came when promised. He knew where exactly to start and found the problem in no time. About 40 mins after he arrived, the problem was solved.
