Two shops said it would be impossible and that I had to open the motor and replace my crankshaft and the last place said they had about a 30% chance he could get it out. Finally I called Alex here at LaBaron's. He was confident he would get it out no problem and he said he could do it same day.( no bike shop will do anything for you same day) 10 minutes after arriving at the shop he was done and he charged me less than what he quoted over the phone. Didn't hear from him until the following Wednesday. I had sent an email inquiring about the same bike and never heard anything beyond the automated response that it had been received. When I contacted Ron the same day he sent me his info the conversation lasted less than five minutes. I've been doing sales of various types from retail to RTO to door to door and I understand sometimes there's little or nothing you can do, but it was like Ron didn't even want to sell. There was 0 effort made. I'm sitting here with cash ready to go, but he made no attempt to try and close the deal.

They are backed up with tons of service work and can only do so much per day. 10 great technicians vs hundreds of bikes. I can agree that we all have to wait our turn. Two new tires, new breaks, oil change, parasitic drain fix, new battery, new decorative tail lights, license plate holder and Ciro filler break-turn lights.
