I had a situation last year when my front end power steering unit went out. They replaced it and unfortunately the unit wasn't working correctly. This was a 6 hour job at 80 and hour. I called and the pushed the business they had for that day back. They replaced the bad new unit with a replacement at no charge. As I was leaving one of the customers who's work got pushed back was asking when his car would be fixed. Rob worked 4 hours past quitting time to make sure he had his vehicle the day he promised it.
