Flooding caused by cracked lines, heads not popping up or properly rotating, and coverage areas not appropriately aligned. Reviews claimed a 100% call back rate and call back within 20 minutes. That was important to me, and it was ABSOLUTELY TRUE. Vincent was able to work me in the next day, even though it was a Saturday. He came as promised and right on time with his assistant Damien, and they got right to the job. They had all the materials needed and finished the job in under 2 hours, including cleanup. Very happy with the work and the price was very fair.
