The guys here said they could change filter for her but when they looked at it was a new filter. So they read codes again talked to my husband and explained what all needed to be done. We approved order and they got to work. Worked till almost midnight to get car back and ready for her to get back on road. Thank you for making what could have been a major delay a small hiccup.

The guy took forever to even notice he had customers, when he did come out he looked dumbfounded that we needed service, did the same for a few other customers that came in. He proceeded to take an hour and a half for a simple oil change and had the audacity to change us extra because it was a mechanic shop, not an oil change place. He did not give us a rundown on how the car is, he just said "here it's done" and had his helper park the car (which he could barely even park it, he had to back up like 3 times). This place is so inefficient and we weren't able to even eat anything afterwards because they took so long.

Then, if you do let him fix the vehicle he overcharges you. Do not recommend taking your vehicle to him. Find a good mechanic in Twin Falls.
