I got into the backseat of the vehicle that came to pick me up and the driver (female) told me to show her my drivers license and credit card before she would take me to the actual rental place here in Twin Falls! I told her I didn't feel comfortable doing that and that I had never been asked in my entire life to show my drivers license and credit card before I had even left my home and made it to the rental counter. She then told me, " you never know, you won't believe what we've dealt with!" I finally did show her and she proceeded to grab my drivers license out of my hand. I finally told her she could look at it and I asked who her manager was because I wanted to speak with them about it. She proceeded to tell me she was an assistant manager in training. I said well let's go because the first thing I'm going to do is talk to your actual manager about being forced to show my drivers license and credit card to a complete stranger and her refusing to move the vehicle to get to the rental place! She then called her regional manager and proceeded to tell him that she wasn't comfortable driving me and that I had told her I was being held hostage in the car!! By this time I'm still in the backseat, all she did was turn the vehicle around on my street pull over and call the regional manager; however, still in front of my townhome!! By this time I'm raising my voice and trying to call the office myself because I'm completely upset and delayed on my trip out of town and this lady is completely twisting the situation. I had asked her repeatedly is this a written policy that Enterprise requires customers to not only show their drivers license but also their credit card before their driver will even take a customer to the rental office to rent a vehicle. I told her this is America and I had never been treated this way in my entire life of renting cars. She then got permission from the regional manager to have me leave the vehicle. I had repeatedly called the office and asked to speak to the manager and the regional manager but was hung up on several times. I got out of the vehicle and told this lady she could close her own back door and walked back into my townhome!! I then tried calling their office several times to get a phone number for their corporate offices to make a complaint. I also asked to have the regional manager call me. I made several attempts to verify that Enterprise rent a car has a written policy that requires customers to show their drivers license and credit card information when receiving what is supposed to be a courtesy pickup from a customer's home address. Mind you, no one has contacted me about this situation. I finally found an 800 customer service line and asked that I be contacted by corporate offices. No one has contacted me. I will never rent from this company again! I'm putting this review on Google as well. And here's the kicker: I had signed up for their Customer loyalty program in their app and had registered all this information from my address to my drivers license and credit card! Their office had all of this information already!! I'm furious the Enterprise rent-a-car feels like it can have customers accept this treatment and not worry about losing a few! No response to my complaint as of today! I've taken a screenshot of the rental to prove this actually happened!

Check in was easy and the staff was friendly and helpful. Cell service and the WiFi was good. The water slide and pools were a hit with the kids and the adults. We didn't get a chance to do the mini-golf. The campground is well maintained. The only downside was that the store and water slides close at 6pm on Sundays. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Don't waste your money!…read more Planned a get together with my out of state family and decided on renting 2 cabins at Anderson camp. I should have read the reviews before booking. I don't even know where to begin in explaining how awful our experience was. We paid $80 a night per cabin, plus a $25 refundable remote fee. When we called to book the cabins the person we talked to said it was private and that the spaces were apart so that we would have privacy but we were surrounded by RV spots. The pictures online are very misleading! On the site map it shows the cabins next to a stream with the doors facing the stream but that is not the case. The doors and the porch face the longterm RV spots which was not a nice view or private at all. The cabins were so HOT inside it was like sleeping in a sauna. Even tho there are 2 fans and windows you can open, it was so miserable, even at night! At 9pm I went to wash my hands in the sink inside the cabin and the sink started backing up. I found a plunger in the bathroom and when I tried using it in the sink a bunch of old stagnant, stinky, slimy and moldy water came up and you could tell it has been plugged up for a while. I had to call the after hours number and spoke to some lady who told me she would send the maintenance man over. About 20 min later he shows up stumbing all over the place, slurring his words and stinking like alcohol. He had the nerve to ask us "what we put down the sink" I told him we did not put anything down the sink and that obviously the sink had been plugged for a while. He then told me that he "has never had that happen in 7 years". I told him theres a first time for everything and that I was offended that he accused us of doing it. NO apology was given! After he fixed it he stumbled back out to his car and left. The cabins were dirty and full of cobwebs. Our fan quit working in the middle of the night, and in order to shut the light off without turning the ceiling fan off, we had to use the rickety chair to stand on in order to reach the chain to turn off the light. I called the next morning and talked to the "so called" manager and told her what happened....she didnt care. And again...no apology! She brought us another fan and said that the maintenenance man "her husband" was not drunk, he had just woke up....whatever lady, I know a drunk when I see one! For little more money we could have stayed at the KOA with AC, privacy and good customer service. To "Jason" the owner, your business has gone to downhill and you should either get rid of the clowns you have running it, or teach them some manners and how to treat their customers with respect. You should care more about how your customers are treated so they will actually have a good experience and come back. Do better!!!

No judgement from him at all with the atrocious smell coming from our septic that clearly had been neglected & became clogged. He was very informative on the process, prices, & preventive measures moving forward. the guy could have been a comedian. so personable. praying we never have to deal with that again, but they are the only people I trust dealing with mine & my families crap. Literally.
