The texture was nice and light, but they were way too sweet. Of the three I liked the pistachio the most, but it was still very sweet. -Parigina Cake/Paragina Cake ($5) - I didn't like this. The one time we ordered the ube cake this didn't happen, and I think I recall it came with a stiff plastic sheet around it to help with structural integrity. For some reason this wasn't there for the pandan cakes, but maybe for the future it should always be there because these cakes are so soft and fluffy.
