The first time I rented from them was 5 star. The second time was severely lacking. It also tripped the circuit breaker in my garage and we had to manually open the door. I do recommend this company but with some guidelines: First, don't let the driver talk you into using your power because their generator is too loud. It wasn't loud the first time. If there's no AC or music, call the company and ask how to resolve the problem. Had I known we would have disconnected our power and turned on their generator. The first driver we got was amazing, the one we got this time was lacking. They were late to pick up the trailer and when I called the driver back he said he'd been released for the night and to call the owner. Luckily the problem was resolved quickly and a different driver came to pick up the trailer. Lastly, the toilet in the ladies room was leaking. I do like their service and I do recommend them but next time I know what to watch out for.

And then we met Braulio Perez. He is not only an expert at laying tile that he also renovated our hole kitchen. He's very picky who he subs things out like electricity. He is very professional. He works very,clean. Never does he leave a mess behind. He can find a solution for almost anything. I had actually already ordered the tile for all of our flooring and had ordered way too much. He found the solution by expanding where we were going to put the tile. The results were phenomenal. Of course I had ordered the most expensive tile that was 6 in by 4 ft. Which means it's very expensive to install because everything has to be perfect and everything has to be even and balanced. I can honestly tell you when I vacuum my tile floor there's no clicking in the vacuum cleaner. It's very smooth. It's almost like it's flat concrete. People often think that my floors are actually wood because they look like wood planks and have very little grout. I have to tell you he is an absolute perfectionist when it comes to his finish work. He is second to none. He's not the least expensive, but he's also not the most expensive. He's right there in that sweet spot where you feel confident in him, but you don't feel like he's taking advantage of you. I have recommended him to several people I know personally and they are also very pleased. He only recently joined Yelp, which is why I have never given him a Yelp review until now. I was so excited when I found out I could do this. Since our renovation he has also come back and done little things for us. He installed a bidet toilet seat that is heated and has water to wash your bottom. I love it! I would have never made it through the recovery from my shoulder surgery without it. He is one of the most kind people that I think I've ever met. My husband and I both highly recommend him. I almost forgot he even corrected our gas hookup to our stove. It was not in code at all and he corrected that. The people who built this house didn't even do it right. So I'm so grateful to him. I will add pictures at a later date. I just wanted to get this posted.

A few years ago I used Pro Solutions and Jerry came out for a water pressure issue that impacted our sinks and shower. Jerry was thoughtful and a good communicator on the issue. He fixed the issue immediately and that experience stuck with us. Fast forward to this week, we used them again. Thankfully, no emergencies but I had one toilet needing a tweak and needed hardware changed in one of my bathrooms for the shower and sink that was long overdue. Even though my request wasn't an emergency, Jerry offered to come out within hours of my request to fix everything and was communicative even late into the night (when my toilet started acting up so I frantically messaged them) talk about stellar availability and service. Next day I had Jerry at my door, he was punctual, professional and did a great job of explaining everything so that I could understand what needed to be done, the pricing, and options for the replacement pieces. It was all a seamless and easy process. Jerry was also quick and efficient which was another bonus. What gives this company extra brownie points in my books though is their honesty...To elaborate, I had partially fixed the issue with my toilet before Jerry came but there was still something slightly off about the water levels... after telling Jerry he was able to tweak the part that I didn't know how to fix and literally in seconds, he had the issue resolved. Given what a quick fix it was and that he was already out to help with other plumbing issues, he didn't charge me for the toilet fix. Little things like that go a long way because any other plumber would've likely charged me just for even touching it/assessing it. That shows me that they care about their long-term business and customers, so they aren't out to make a quick buck. Well, I NEVER thought I would be writing another Review just 2 months later about EGP/El Grande…read morePlumbing. After fixing my other problem in March. I called him again where my wife was saying there was water pooling in the garden beside the house. Being disabled and using a 4 point cane which does not allow me to walk on sand. Had my son take a picture and my wife turn the water on in the kitchen. They saw water coming out. The water was pooling right underneath a sewer access opening. Thinking the Plumbing Company that I hired in the first incident did not replace cap properly after they were to have done a power wash of the house sewer line. After calling EGP and sometime spent exploring the problem and I mean there was digging involved. He informed me that drainage connection was damaged and if not repaired could undermine the foundation. He said it appeared it had bee happening for a few months. But there was NO way we could prove that first companying caused it. The fix proposed was to reroute the drainage line. This was to run alongside the house in front of the garage door and into the sewer line where he did the repair a few months ago. The Quoted price was very reasonable. My wife came home that night and Benji was still here getting ready to start the project. Well she started talking with him and negotiated with him. In addition to the drainage section repair he would move the washer and dryer from one location to another in the garage install a new bath tub downstairs and do the recommend sewer repair he discovered from his first visit. When she told me the price it was very reasonable. Project ONE Dug a 6in wide area half way along the side of the house and in front of the garage door to the sewer access point he brought up to code in his first visit. After removing the cement and removing dirt found another huge tree root which was he removed. When he was done the original sewer access point he put in the first visit used a larger one. Also put in access point on the corner of house for the new drainage installed. Instead just cementing in the trench in front of the garage door put down a strip of red bricks. Looks great. Project TWO Moving of Washer and Drier went without a hitch. Required the extension of the hot and cold lines and the gas line. Also needed new drain for washer tied that in with Project ONE and installed new vent for dryer. Since that corner of the garage was open offered to paint it and repaired existing wall dings. Went so far as to move work bench and other items so painting looked better. Then put everything back. In the process discovered a previous hot water heater was not installed properly. Fixed the errors. Project THREE Tore out the old tub. I mentioned to him since tub was out would he look into it because everybody had been complaining about not getting very hot water in the tub. Sink no problem. I thought it needed a new mixer WRONG. It turns out the hot water line for the tub was leaking for years. 40% of the hot water was getting to the user. 60% was not. Turns out the pipes where in the foundation. Rerouted the lines for both upstairs bathroom and downstairs. By not running the lines thru the foundation now get hot water faster and it is hot even upstairs which had no problem. He did have problems locating where the lines ran. With this unexpected problem need to do a full bathroom remodel. Very pleased with the results. Oh the forth project was cancelled. We agreed lets go to the source that started some of these problems. Let's tear out the Fichus Trees. EGP/Benji as far as Iam concerned has gone where NO other plumber has gone before. He did some minor repairs to things not related to the projects. He works with you and DOES NOT RIP you off when so vulnerable. I know you will not be unhappy with his work.
