He is favorited in my contacts at this point. ;) We first met when my hot water heater died on a chilly Saturday morning. Trevor came highly recommended by a local HVAC company whom I trust, so I reached out. He showed up exactly on time - in a clean and tidy truck - and impressed from the moment we shook hands. He's polite, calm, knowledgeable, and gives off an effortless, "Don't worry -- I've got this," vibe. Trevor and his team member did great work and we were back up and running within a few hours. Pricing was very fair; the middle of my three bids and right in line with guidance that I had found online. He even helped show me where to go to file for an energy credit on my taxes. Literally two weeks later we had an irrigation pipe rust through and burst, turning our front lawn into a lagoon. We shut off the water at the valve and texted Trevor for help. He was able to squeeze us in the very next day. It turned out that the original installer had used two different types of metal that are not supposed to be in contact with each other and it resulted in a section of the pipe corroding decades sooner than one would otherwise expect. (Shakes fist in air at original installer -- ARGH!) Trevor had us sorted in no time and I was pleasantly surprised that he didn't charge us extra for doing the work outside of normal working hours. He really went above and beyond. Fast forward about 45 days later and I discover that my gardener has taken out two sprinkler heads and jammed a valve in my irrigation system.
