The first time I rented from them was 5 star. The second time was severely lacking. There was no…read moremusic in the restrooms, they were not air conditioned and they used my power instead of using their generator. It also tripped the circuit breaker in my garage and we had to manually open the door. I do recommend this company but with some guidelines: First, don't let the driver talk you into using your power because their generator is too loud. It wasn't loud the first time. If there's no AC or music, call the company and ask how to resolve the problem. Had I known we would have disconnected our power and turned on their generator. The first driver we got was amazing, the one we got this time was lacking. They were late to pick up the trailer and when I called the driver back he said he'd been released for the night and to call the owner. Luckily the problem was resolved quickly and a different driver came to pick up the trailer. Lastly, the toilet in the ladies room was leaking. I do like their service and I do recommend them but next time I know what to watch out for.

The last thing I wanted was a scary/ ugly / dirty portable to show up and make my guests dread having to use it. I am so glad I called Farmer John's Jons. Their price was the most reasonable, the service was courteous and professional, they showed up on time for pickup/delivery, and most importantly they delivered a very nice restroom trailer with lighted vanity that was comfortable to use.
