I called them twice and spoke to a woman there and explained the situation. I left my number and nobody called me back. That is not only unprofessional but also disrespectful. I called on the local florist and Joanie, was very helpful, and able to get me what I wanted.. This is my review, after the fact. It pays to shop locally :-) ... The flowers were delivered in the time frame that Joanie promised. The bouquet was lovely and they thoughtfully delivered them to the side of the house so they could not be seen by passers-by. Will call on them again when I need flowers for Lake Ariel.
