Basic customer service skills dictate that employees should greet customers upon arrival. When I brought this to their attention, they explained that they were engaged in a conversation. However, they could have taken a moment to acknowledge me before continuing their conversation. Yes I know I am beautiful, but it only takes a moment to SPEAK! Additionally, the store was quite empty, which made me think that they were expecting inventory. I believe that it is important for employees to acknowledge customers, regardless of their gender. Maybe the drive thru provides a better experience than in store shopping.
