Of course I called first to the location closest to me. They didn't have it. But, they told me the PY location had it. When I arrived, I was able to easily find help in the form of a team member. She walked with me to make sure I found what I was looking for. I also received additional assistance and recommendations from another team member who was very helpful. He provided great information about the wine I was looking for plus some additional recommendations.
