We were waited on by Jordan, who listened to my father, had him test different mattresses, then gave him the remote control and talked him through different settings that could help him get a better night's sleep. Turned out the box spring could not navigate a tight turn on the stairway so we couldn't use it. We let Metro Mattress know we needed to bring the items back and they said no way, no returns regardless. The items are brand new in their packaging. This is ridiculous. Casper for one offers a "free 100 day sleep trial" so I can't imagine how Metro Mattress can stay in business with this policy. Actually, I can: because people don't learn about their policy until it's too late. Please read the word!

They delivered it on time and set it up exactly where we wanted it. Their warehouse is large and there are many items to look at. Many of them have an Adirondack theme and they all looked sturdy and well built. Very nice people that work and run this business.
