He got my engine "jumped" and afterward said that I really should replace it ASAP. I took his advice. I drove to a parts retailer and the woman tested my battery, told me that it was defective. I bought it and she installed it. Things and autos cost money. Well worth it to have a running vehicle.

Knowing this Lance the manager arranged for my car to be delivered to my house when it was finished as I had no ride there to get it (fantastic customer service). Another time I ordered high end wipers, one of the clips went missing and so the wiper wasn't able to be attached. They (Bayside) ordered another new set on their dime just to get the piece needed to attach to my car. This past week I had to have my AC fixed and then one of my exhaust pipes wasn't opening properly. Not only did they fit me in first thing in the am but they were willing to work with my husband to troubleshoot the issue. During this they found a hole in one of my lines, repaired it free of charge. These guys are the ONLY shop I will bring my car to here in Spring Hill. They are honest, reliable, and treat me and my family with respect. This is not a take 5 shop, they are going to take the time to try and figure out what issue your car has and will call with price options just so you know you're not getting "taken for." I read the below review for 1 star and I completely disagree with their review, especially about Lance who has been nothing short of awesome every time we need his help.

Law enforcement called them because the vehicle needed to be removed from the roadway. Our home was literally one street over (about 5 minutes away), and we politely asked if the vehicle could be towed there instead. To avoid any confusion, we called the number listed on the card while standing there. The woman who answered told us it was fine. We relayed that to the tow driver, and he start yelling wait until my dispatch call and even the responding officer confirmed there was no issue in our ask. When I recalled the office the lady tried to make it seem like money was an issue. Money was never discussed. Money was never the issue we were fully prepared to pay whatever towing fees were required. The problem was the tow driver. He became rude, dismissive, and argumentative for no reason. He repeatedly interrupted us, said he "didn't have time for this," mentioned needing to get to Lakeland, and ignored what both his office and the officer had already stated. Before we were even given a fair opportunity to decide where we wanted our own vehicle taken, he pulled off and said he was just going to impound the car. We never authorized that decision. This entire situation was caused by the tow driver creating unnecessary conflict and doing what he wanted to do. I called the company afterward and was told the manager would return my call, but I never received one. Accidents are stressful enough. The lack of professionalism, communication, and basic respect was unacceptable. I would not recommend this company based on our experience.

This is a little late, but still relevant. We had a king pin installed on our class A coach. After…read morethey inspected it and said it needed a king pin, I submited it to out warranty company who authorized the repair. A few days later RDI said the threads at the top of the knuckle, where the grease cap goes was damaged and needed a new knuckle. After getting the estimate RDI was told to stop work in case it needed to be inspected. I told them to order the knuckle but not complete the work. After not hearing back from our warranty company I called them and long story, they wanted to inspect. Called RDI and the work was completed. Thanks RDI. After looking at the knuckle, it appeared as if a hammer was used at the top, as if driving in the king pin. It certainly could have been repaired with a thread file. Fast forward a couple months and the coach was taken to another shop that was local to me for an oil change and they pointed out the lower grease cap on the knuckle that RDI replaced was missing. There was a little dirt inside the area and little grease. I contacted RDI and their reponse was that there were no parts left over when the intial repair was completed and if it fell out it's on them. I asked for reimbursement for the cap and they stated "there's no way to verify when it fell out or if it was something we caused" I advised them if it wasn't installed it's on them, if it was installed and it fell out it's on them. They never responded back.
