Then I go to Christian brothers and they offer to do an inspection. No thanks Zimbrick just did one a bit ago Today. Later, an Employee comes out and says I have an oil leak and for $140 they can inspect for the problem. No thanks. After oil change I drive away and smell oil. Go to my cousin two miles away and we open the hood to oil spilled all over the engine. I drive back to Christian brothers and the mechanic admits his funnel burped and oil spilled. Didn't bother to clean it up until I took it back. Ends up there isn't an issue with an oil leak, it was the oil he spilled running down under the car.

I showed up at 5:10pm for an oil change and was told they were closed and will not accept me. I double checked the website and it stated they closed at 8pm. Then told the manager the website says 8 and she corrected me to say it was 6pm. Still 50 minutes away! plenty of time to do my vehicle as there was no other cars in the shop. The staff got right after it immediately and came back with some interesting information. Apparently, after a visit to a local dealership for a routine check up and oil change about a month and half ago, the dealership failed to assemble my tires securely to my vehicle. That's what the noise was. Holy crap, right?! After the guys told me, they went back, securely fastened the tires to my vehicle and charged me nothing for it!! NOTHING!! I was expecting a ball joint, a wheel bearing, or something else was the issue and was going to cost me a decent amount. How's that for honesty? I know where I'm coming for any future auto issues. As I was traveling with two young girls to a scheduled event, I pulled into a gas station with a little time to spare to fill said tire, only to wake up the next day to a different tire on a rim and with a grateful heart that I didn't get it an accident because the reading was showing me the wrong tire. Per the manager, they not only don't reset those readings after a tire rotation, they also don't tell you they don't. I'll NEVER be back!

I used to be very satisfied with woodmans service but as of late not only have their prices increased substantially, the service is terrible. On the receipt that I received it specifically stated that the windshield was washed. It clearly was not washed. See photo. This makes me wonder what else they've checked that hasn't been done. Such as did they really empty my oil or only some of it? Did they just top my oil off. Did they put a new filter in?
