As a Female I find it scary going into a repair shop not knowing anything about vehicles. However, this place, the manager especially was exceptional. Not only did he treat me like a person, not like a "dumb women" he was patient, very kind and very eager to educate me on what my vehicle needed. After being taken advantaged of at many other car places i truly appreciate the service i was given now 2x in a row. I am also in the trades industry. Stay away from them at all costs!!!!! if i could give them negative stars i would! their technicians are unqualified and their manager is rude. they blew up my engine (which a used engine would be over $11,000) so their third party claims people (fleet response-adena facher) totaled my car and tried to give an insanely low ball offer. they are worse to deal with. it's bee 110+ days and they refuse to settle fairly, pay for a rental, special pedal conversion kit, towing bill, or storage fee at the dealership where the car has been for over 110+ days!! the technicians knew they didn't thread correctly, broke the o rings and cracked the casing and still let me drive out of there. complaints have been filed with the department of insurance, wisconsin consumer protection and it looks like we will have to sue them! read more

Waited in line for 40 min for an oil change and there was 1 car ahead of me in the bay. They do more standing around talking and moving like a snail then anything. A oil change there for me is usually around 90.00 well guess what you can get one done at a dealer cheaper, and they do a better job. I Might need a new engine and all the manager wants to say is you are outside of our 1000 mile guarantee. I drive a 70,000 dollar truck. I paid for one of their top services. The employees were very nice. However, they failed to properly tighten my oil filter. After noticing some unknown fluid in my driveway I took my vehicle to a mechanic. He identified the leak from the oil filter which had not been properly tightened. He used 1 finger to spin the filter off. There was very little oil left causing an unknown amount of damage to my vehicle. I called and spoke with the management team who informed me they have a one month one thousand mile guarantee and because I didn't identify the issue during that time I'm out of luck. Buyer Beware. They don't stand by their service and there is no accountability. read more

The gentleman that owned the building and the workers were very courteous very quick very efficient and I would definitely recommend it getting your oil changed and getting new windshield wipers. We just moved out of town and we're back for some errands and decided to give these guys a try! I was surprised that we didn't even need to leave our cars (good in the time of COVID). They were SO friendly! AJ and his team were so quick, always keeping us in the loop and even let us know about a possible leak they saw. We will definitely try and patron these guys again! Included with the oil change they refill tires, wiper fluid, check air filters, etc. The workers are really nice too and they explain everything they're doing in simple terms so you know why they recommend something (but they don't pressure you to buy stuff which I appreciate as well). read more

They fucked up my oil change, after paying for the best one. Came back to tell them the issue and the manager tells the employee what to say and hides. I'm a young female so when I tried having a normal conversation with them they treated me like I was stupid. They do not do a good job and they will not fix anything that they broke. Out so much money because of them. If You wanted to be treated horribly and not even with decent respect go here !! There was one older guy that was very nice there. I went to the sun prairie location got there at 6:30pm. Was told by a employee that they were closed. Cause they had boxes to put away and he was theresince 630am. They give a 30 day or 1000 mile warranty, which comes first. Then they won't cover any mess up they do. Stripped oil pan and loose oil filter causing bottom of motor cover in oil. My niece took her 2017 Hyundai in and 2000k miles later her oil light would flicker. Which means they do not add enough oil. read more

I went in there because I was not able to change my oil myself at the time. I was told my air filter needed to be replaced which was not correct because I had already replaced it with in the month. They said they changed the oil and filled my washer fluid. When I got back home from the Super-Lube I wanted to see if they did it correctly and when I lifted my hood I saw that my washer fluid cap was missing. I immediatly called them and the manager acted like I lost the cap. I replied "I would like to look at the cameras" and he quickly said "no need, I'll look at them tonight and call you tomorrow." Well that call never came, so I called them back and said I'm coming in today to look at the footage. After a 10 minute conversation the manager finally conceded to buying me a new cap. I will never go or recommend that business. Businesses like that are the reason for the bad name in the auto industry. read more
