The cost of cleaning costed more than what I had paid for them combined! I had also dropped off two pieces to have alterations: one jumper to replace zipper, and one jumper to sew the helm back on one pants leg. I called to ask if that was ready and thankfully, it finally was after it took one month for the alterations to be completed after being told on September 7th, it would be ready in two weeks. I was quoted $65 and change and I asked if that included the dry cleaning and she said No! I can't even remember the exact amount because I was flabbergasted of the amount! I told the RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL employee that I was going to pay for the alterations but I would NEVER have anything else done there because of the price gauging cleaning services and I would let people know about their outrageous prices on Reviews and elsewhere!! The employee was quick to cut me off and say Ma'am you'll need to tell this to my manger, Sunday Skipper and then said, Wait let me see. OK, well you had two alterations done, one to.replace a zipper and sew the helm and I said correct but apparently thats didn't even include the dry cleaning! I paid $24.99 for one jumper and $29.99 for the other! Wow! Instead she took off embellishments, glue was everywhere and she stapled my dress. It LOOKS HORRIBLE.
