I usually bring a pizza or a ham and cheese pretzel pocket to go and they reheat in the oven very well. The pretzel dough has a hint of sweetness and its very soft and chewy with a crispy crust. Not overly salty too. I prefer it over Auntie Ann's and wish there was a storefront in the Chicago suburbs. The service here is always with a friendly smile. I've met the owner a few times, and she is always pleasant to speak with. The price is within reason for the amount of food you get. Great place to come with friends for a quick bite.

There was no one else in the store but the girl behind the counter was acting like I was holding her up. She was snarky and rude. Thumping my pretzels on the counter as if it wasn't my lunch... Omgoodness. I was starving. Still I didn't say anything. Cuz I'm nice. I let her finish up packing up my order. Paid her. Then was gonna leave with my pretzel. When she said, in her snarky, rude manner... You're welcome. Then I was done. I looked at her and told her I didn't thank her cuz she was rude. And proceeded to walk to my car. Seriously. If I hadn't have been STARVING I would've given it back to her and asked for my money back. But did I mention I was starving?! My best friend got a kit to make them at home and you get a free jumbo pretzel when you do that. You can also earn free pretzels through their phone app, which will come in handy for a pretzel lover like me. They were handling to covid regulations pretty well, even for a semi small place. I really enjoyed my pretzel, which I didn't even need dipping sauce for. My best friend enjoyed hers which I was happy about because she said she had never been to a Ben's Pretzels before. I'll definitely be coming back for another pretzel.

It was a little confusing at first, but it ended up being a neat setup. The restaurant was clean, with a spacious dining room and a nice-looking patio. The only thing that kept this from being a higher rating was the value. It felt a little expensive for what we ordered, and while everything was solid, nothing really wowed us. Overall, I'm glad we stopped in, especially as a place to escape the heat for a while. If you're in the area and looking for a casual meal and a local beer, it's worth checking out...I just wouldn't necessarily go out of my way to visit again.

When Perfect Twist Pretzels are taken out of their warmers, they taste like they just got done being made! The workers are friendly and always get pretzels out quick; I rarely have to wait longer than a few minutes to get my pretzels. This is my go-to pretzel place. They are right in Coppes but have their own section of the parking lot so if you don't want to go all the way through coppes you don't have to.
