Incredible jumbo pretzels! I would highly recommend this place. You can definitely spit 1 pretzel between 2 adults.

All the tables were full and customers were constantly coming and going. I can see why after checking em out. Pricing is fair. If you compare it to auntie Anne's they are cheaper with better quality ingredients being used. Service was very quick - there is a kiosk at the front counter or you're able to order with a staff member. Within 5 mins our snack was ready. My husband and I tried a salted pretzel with nacho cheese sauce and creamy mustard sauce. The pretzel itself was cooked perfectly. Texture wise it was somewhat crispy on the outside with a very fluffy center. The nacho cheese sauce was better than cheese sauces I've had before. The creamy mustard was reallll good, we ended up taking the remainder of it home so we could use it for something else.

They offer a variety of coffee & tea beverages as well as artisan pretzels. When I visited, I was able to order an Iced Lavender Vanilla Latte as well as a Garlic Asiago Pretzel. I asked for what sauce was recommended to go with and the cashier said Herb Butter. Everything came to just under $15 but this was the perfect Saturday treat! My pretzel tasted fresh! Their flavors were straight forward but also unique. There was plenty of seating inside and a good amount of parking near the shop. Overall, I loved my visit and would certainly come back to try other pretzel flavors and coffee drinks! Tip: Check out their daily specials to try something new!

So I eat here way more than I should. ^_~ But the customer service today was horrible. I mean, the worst I've EVER had. From anywhere. And I go to a lot places. There was no one else in the store but the girl behind the counter was acting like I was holding her up. She was snarky and rude. Thumping my pretzels on the counter as if it wasn't my lunch... Omgoodness. I was starving. Still I didn't say anything. Cuz I'm nice. I let her finish up packing up my order. Paid her. Then was gonna leave with my pretzel. When she said, in her snarky, rude manner... You're welcome. Then I was done. I looked at her and told her I didn't thank her cuz she was rude. And proceeded to walk to my car. Seriously. If I hadn't have been STARVING I would've given it back to her and asked for my money back. But did I mention I was starving?! I will just never be a skinny girl... #shrug But I am happy to leave the one star that Yelp requires because the pretzels really are so yummy. However, if she's working I'll just starve. I won't go back. For real though. 1.24.19 1:45 PM

Was craving a burger and a beer and with such a cool name, how could I not check this place out! I…read moresat at the bar around 5pm and it wasn't very busy. They played good music and wasn't too loud. You could easily carry on a conversation or , like me, continue listening to a podcast. By the time I finished, the place was completely full and a bit noisy, but not bad. I started out with a 10oz Birds of Prey Pilsner. It was very nice. Light and crisp and very easy to drink. I followed that up with Melodious Maibock and ordered the CBG burger with fries. I didn't have lunch so I dove right in and forgot to snap a photo. It was a very good smash burger. It was cooked well and I really liked the combination of pickled onion and caramelized onion. I didn't see it until later but you can add bacon. As much as I loved this burger, bacon would totally take it up a notch! I started chatting with the bartender about their different beers and decided to have the Super Melodious Jalapeño Maibock with the burger. It's soooo different, but in a good way. It paired so well with the burger. You get green bell pepper on the nose and a hint of it on the palate. When you swallow you get a little heat at the back of the throat. It was so good! Great bar. Great food. Great beer. Go check them out!

Bar service can get a little backed up depending on how crowded the place is...one time I was there, the bar was so crowded that I couldn't flag down a server long enough to place a food order so, before I left, I placed my food order to go using the mobile route. Whatever, I didn't care. I'm pretty chill. Anyway, burger was still good when I walked it back to my hotel. When the place isn't slammed, service is like night and day and the place is a bit more quiet. Pop on in if you want to try some good beer, a tasty burger or other pub fare.

I happen to be in the store--Meijer shopping with my significant other on a week work day around the 11:00 o'clock hour not realizing their hours at the time I was disappointed they were not open since I happened to be there shopping with him; however, I returned close to noon before going to work and it was pitch black in their corner! Wow, I said to the greeter/security guy, what time do they open? He said they running a little late today--they open at 11:00 and the first batch of pretzels are on the counter at that time. So I kept coming back before work a few times with the same negative results. I would arrive ten to fifteen minutes after 11:00, either they weren't there or just arriving pulling out their equipment. The crazy part about this is that it was different people most of the time except for one time it was the same person. This is why I say it's been going on for ever because they all were late! I am going out of my way in the opposite direction to work to get a pretzel with negative results every time! Other than not opening on time, their pretzels are delicious and I give them four stars for the taste, size and price. I happen to ask one of the servers/cashier about the $2.00 pretzel price I had heard about and she told me that the $2.00 price was only on Tuesday all day. I have not been able to confirm the $2.00 price yet via a paper menu or something because I would like to know is it only on Tuesday, which I would miss out since they cannot seem to open up on their scheduled time before I go to work, or is it Monday thru Thursday between certain hours that was mentioned in another review--I would like to know. I just confirmed the $2.00 Tuesday, I didn't ask but it probably started out $2.00 from a certain time during certain days when they first opened. I talked with the greeter again today on Saturday May 27, '17. He said look who over there, she opened up on time and the Pretzels were out & ready at 11:00. He went on to say they have opened up as late as after two o'clock. He said he personally know the owner and he said he can't find any body that wants to work. Today, there's a Caucasian woman working, the other days they were people of color--my color! I guess it's a "Black" thing?

The good: The pretzel was amazing, hot and buttery, salty and soft. It's presented on a hanging wire and was at least two feet high. The cheese curds were light and cheesy and beers were everything you'd expect from a German restaurant (including a 2 liter boot of Spaten). People we were with enjoyed the cabbage soup and potato pancakes. The not so good: The jaegerschnizel pork meal was not good, it was hard and unflavorful (I've been to Oktoberfest in Munich where they fed 3000 people and it tasted better). The spaezel and red cabbage were good sides but a bit on the small side. We sat in the bar and service was fine, a bit slow but friendly. The final bill was not exorbitant for the amount of food and beer we had.
