Other times (like mid weekday) it can be quite pleasant. My most recent visit, was over the weekend, and the line and wait for a coffee was very long. The layout of the place is also not conducive to long lines and the place became very crowded and overwhelming. I don't mind waiting for a drink, however, with the crowd, the wait and the atmosphere, it turned into an unpleasant experience. However, weekdays, I don't think it's as bad and maybe give it a go. The upside, is in the summer, there are outdoor seats which provide relief from the inside and this Starbucks is very close to the outlet mall bathrooms!!!
