DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE Our car had an oil leak that was the reason it was brought in. After a few days we were told the issue could not be fixed, which was fine I guess. BUT... they did not refund our money and charged us $900 to look at a car and not fix anything. Also I spoke to benson about this he's an idiot. Don't do business with this guy. read more

I thought I was going to be marooned in Iowa for a week. These guys hooked a brother up big time and fixed my 95 subaru (bearings, axle, rotors, pads, starter) in 2 days. They were extremely flexible and allowed me to pickup the parts myself (I offered, knowing I could get them to the shop even quicker) - better customer service and quality work than any shop I've ever been to. Amazingly good service. Constantly has a full parking lot from his loyal customers. I have taken my 03 Mitsubishi Lancer in half a dozen times by now and each time have come away impressed by the price I paid and the same-day resolution of the problem when I asked for it, even if it meant Mr. Benson staying late on a Saturday to make it happen. Only drawback for me is the location: we're on opposite sides of the city. read more
