I had a situation with this company and I would not recommend them. I was told my repair would be one to three hours. I had to call them to get the update. I understand things happen that's OK. My main frustration is that their sales person would not allow me to voice my concern to the receptionist as I was speaking he proceeded to walk in and keep the door open stating that my truck was ready. He had a very angry and intimidating presence and hover around me the whole time while I had a calm and collected emotionally, intelligent conversation with the receptionist about how They can do better when it comes to communicating these details. I wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking for punctuality and communication. I understand things happen but when it comes to communication, you can definitely do better. read more

I was in a desperate situation with a broken hood latch cable and needed to check fluids before winter. Brad's Complete Auto Care went from under the car and got hood open. They topped off all fluids. On top of that, they rerouted the cable through the grill so I can access under the hood any time I need to. All of that for a very nominal fee. I can't say enough good things about them and their service. Us single ladies often feel we can't just roll into a mechanic shop and expect to be treated fairly, honestly and with integrity. This experience has restored my faith in humanity!! They have a customer for life. Quick and friendly service on our way through Iowa! We were totally unfamiliar with the area and tried to go to the chain oil change place we spotted but they had a long wait so we took a chance on this place and were so glad we did. I'm telling you--support this business instead of the chain! You won't be disappointed. They had us in and out in almost no time and were so kind.
