Dealt with Kimberly in sales. I went couple of times and liked the fact they carry many different…read morebrands. Gave us the opportunity to sit on many bikes. I was going to buy a bike of a particular manufacturer..... let's call the A.... but by having other manufacturers onsite, I realized I could get a better bike of manufacture B. I wouldn't have known the shortcomings unless I came to Holeshot. Like the logo of all car/motorcycle dealers in Langley " cone to Langley, it's worth the drive". No pressure sales, in hindsight their stock sells so they don't need to pressure anyone to buy. Downstairs Robert in parts helped me pick of a luggage rack set. He was very helpful but knowledgeable too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone to these guys. There are like the SUPERSTORE of motorcycles in G.V.R.D

There is not one good thing to say about this place. My husband had his bike worked on here and…read morethey screwed up on the completion date a couple times which sucked. My husband arranged for a ride out there to pick up the bike but it wasn't ready when they said it would be so he had to scramble to get a ride home again. Total waste of time! I asked about getting a spare key ordered for my bike and they said it wasn't possible but they would order the blank needed. That cost $16 and didn't even cover the cutting cost. No mention that I could get the key blank anywhere else because they just wanted to gouge me on the price. The locksmith I used to cut the key said they only charge $5 per blank. I will NEVER spend another dime at Holeshot and recommend that anyone reading this stay away as well. There are plenty of other bike shops who will treat you a lot better.

Would not recommend this dealership based on my experience…read more I placed a deposit on a motorbike after being told it was already in stock. The day before pickup, I was suddenly informed the bike was actually coming from Quebec. What followed was 5-6 weeks of terrible communication and zero accountability. I had to repeatedly chase updates myself, while most responses came from an automated bot or vague messages saying the bike was "coming soon" with no actual delivery date. No one proactively contacted me during the entire process. When the bike finally arrived, the staff showed little concern for the inconvenience caused. I was also charged more for a part than the price displayed on the tag. For a business selling expensive vehicles, the level of organization and customer service was honestly unacceptable. I contacted the dealership directly to resolve these concerns before posting publicly and received no response.

They don't answer the phone! They don't answer the text! and it's been over two weeks. I have…read moretexted called and left messages to book service and yet no one calls back. I purchased my bike at the Vancouver location (now closed) and have to deal with going to Langley but don't want to drive there when I have no appointment to get work done. The worst service for a motorcycle shop I've ever been to. I wanted to buy a new bike but trying to work with the service department is having me looking at different bikes now. I hope sales and the owner knows how bad this is.

I had a great experience here unlike the previous reviewers. The salesperson (Chris) who helped me…read moreout was outstanding. I had very specific requirements for the model I was interested in, and he exceeded all of my expectations. I have never worked with a salesperson for any vehicle who kept all of their promises (most say things just to get a sale but fail to deliver 100% on what was promised). Chris followed through on every promise he made. He even went out of his way to send me pictures of the bike when it arrived at the dealership and again after it was in storage. Chris has a lot of experience with motorcycles, so he was able to answer my questions based on personal experience and not BS like a lot of other salespeople I've dealt with in the past. On top of all this, he was also able to get me a great price! The Sea to Sky showroom is housed within a large rustic facility and is very spacious with a comforting ambience. The merchandise is well-organized and tidy. Each product line (primarily Kawasaki/Indian/Polaris) is easy to find in their respective areas. The other employees I interacted with at the Sea to Sky dealership were all super nice and knowledgeable in their fields as well (Yoshi in Parts, David in Insurance, Kathleen in Finance). I wish I could work with all of them every time I'm in the market for any vehicle, be it a motorcycle or car, as it was such a good experience. I will definitely be back for future purchases.

I ordered some brakes for my Slingshot from another Source (Slingmods) as the OEM brakes are crap,…read morevery soft. Sea to Sky doesn't install Customer supplied parts. Seriously! Policy apparently. My policy henceforth is to avoid Sea to Sky Motorsports whenever possible. While I'm at it, oil changes for the Slingshot at Mr. Lube are $50.00 less than at Sea to Sky Motorsports and it's done while you wait. Sea to Sky keeps your vehicle all day, you can get a time for service, but 9AM could mean 3PM. So you need to drop it off. Not a big deal for some, it is for me. Wastes about 2 hrs of my time, bringing it in, having someone pick me up then bringing me back. Again not a big deal for some Customers. Sea to Sky does not cater to Customers. My opinion. Yeah you could say I'm pissed.
