I was going to buy a bike of a particular manufacturer..... let's call the A.... but by having other manufacturers onsite, I realized I could get a better bike of manufacture B. I wouldn't have known the shortcomings unless I came to Holeshot. Like the logo of all car/motorcycle dealers in Langley " cone to Langley, it's worth the drive". No pressure sales, in hindsight their stock sells so they don't need to pressure anyone to buy. Downstairs Robert in parts helped me pick of a luggage rack set. He was very helpful but knowledgeable too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone to these guys. There are like the SUPERSTORE of motorcycles in G.V.R.D

There is not one good thing to say about this place. My husband had his bike worked on here and…read morethey screwed up on the completion date a couple times which sucked. My husband arranged for a ride out there to pick up the bike but it wasn't ready when they said it would be so he had to scramble to get a ride home again. Total waste of time! I asked about getting a spare key ordered for my bike and they said it wasn't possible but they would order the blank needed. That cost $16 and didn't even cover the cutting cost. No mention that I could get the key blank anywhere else because they just wanted to gouge me on the price. The locksmith I used to cut the key said they only charge $5 per blank. I will NEVER spend another dime at Holeshot and recommend that anyone reading this stay away as well. There are plenty of other bike shops who will treat you a lot better.

Great bikes, fair prices, reasonable customer service…read more Good repair/service department that I'll keep using. Devon the financing guy is great, and will work hard to get you riding. Great financing setup here. The sales staff wasn't quite as impressive for an easy sale like me. James commented I just need my Starbucks cup now that I'm sitting on my Bonneville, ok I'm no yuppie. Tried to ride away but had to wait 15 minutes until someone found some license plate bolts for me. Then I said ok let's fill the tank up because it's on empty, and the guys disappeared into the walls and I could not track them down, 20 minutes later I ended up just leaving empty and first stop was the gas station. I'd say give the customer a high five on the way out don't just look for the next sale on the floor. The downtown shop is awesome, John is on it always.

Would not recommend this dealership based on my experience…read more I placed a deposit on a motorbike after being told it was already in stock. The day before pickup, I was suddenly informed the bike was actually coming from Quebec. What followed was 5-6 weeks of terrible communication and zero accountability. I had to repeatedly chase updates myself, while most responses came from an automated bot or vague messages saying the bike was "coming soon" with no actual delivery date. No one proactively contacted me during the entire process. When the bike finally arrived, the staff showed little concern for the inconvenience caused. I was also charged more for a part than the price displayed on the tag. For a business selling expensive vehicles, the level of organization and customer service was honestly unacceptable. I contacted the dealership directly to resolve these concerns before posting publicly and received no response.

Having read some of the other reviewers' negative experiences on Yelp, I want to be clear that mine…read morehas been very good. I hope those who weren't happy can give them another chance - I'm sure Bayside would like to make things better for them, if possible. Anyway, I went to Bayside to purchase some boots and a jacket since I didn't really want to order online from an American site (customs, shipping, etc. usually inflates the price you think you're paying, often by a lot). I did shop around Vancouver and no one else could get the items I wanted as quickly or for as good a price - In my opinion that speaks volumes. The staff were very helpful in throughout the process. They took the time to talk to me about what I wanted, even going so far as to recommend different boots than I initially came in for - full length vs. short. Their suggestion turned out to be 100% correct and I'm glad I took their advice. I did get the exact jacket I wanted and it's been perfect. I was told by the staff that it was a good choice and it has turned out to be exactly that. It took about 10 days for my items to come in, which was explained to me before purchase and I felt was acceptable. I checked in a couple of times to see the progress on my order and they updated me accordingly - I knew exactly what was happening with my stuff. I'm sure if I had needed a rush on the items, they would have tried to work something out to make that happen. Having said that, Bayside isn't a full retail environment like some of the large dealerships in Vancouver, they're a specialized shop and the experience with them should be understood as such. In my opinion they will go the extra mile to get you the items you need, not sell you a bunch of stuff you don't, and frankly, that's refreshing. I can't really comment on the shop work there as my bike is about 30 years older than what they normally work on ('74 CB550), but I did get a tour of the back and was very impressed with the layout and the cleanliness of the work area. The mechanics were friendly, open and clearly knew what they were doing. If you have a late model sport bike that needs work, I'm sure you'll be in good hands. I felt that I was being treated honestly and fairly as a rider, not just another customer. All in all, I would definitely recommend Bayside Performance... When I need to, I'll be back for sure.

I bought what was supposed to be my families boat of our dreams from S2S Motorsports: what an…read moreabsolute nightmare! I put my down payment down on the boat and asked to have down riggers rigged, kicker placed on it and plumbed into main tank for pick up in a week. Didn't happen, had to mount and wire my own down riggers, was left with a 6 litre Tank for the kicker, floor had multiple tears in it, windshield brackets were broken, and that was only the start. They drilled a hole right through the hull of the boat mounting the kicker controls and tried to hide it with caulking. They wired the batteries wrong causing it to charge the hull to 7 amps because they neglected to put a ground on the batteries. The boat would take on water nonstop and actually flood the seating areas with water. After 2 weeks of this I asked them to take this boat back, they said sure, at a 14k deduction from what I paid. The management could care less and wouldn't return calls, will say the service guy seemed to try to help but after 5 months I got nowhere at all. Took it up to Edmonton for warranty work and diagnostics, non of which S2S would do, after 3 weeks of repair I made the decision to trade this boat in on a substantial loss as I'd lost all faith in this boat and more importantly the credibility of S2S Motorsports and their management. If you're looking to purchase a boat I very strongly suggest steering very well clear of S2S Motorsports. As soon as the money cleared they could care less with any issues and did the absolute minimum to try to resolve anything.

I had a great experience here unlike the previous reviewers. The salesperson (Chris) who helped me…read moreout was outstanding. I had very specific requirements for the model I was interested in, and he exceeded all of my expectations. I have never worked with a salesperson for any vehicle who kept all of their promises (most say things just to get a sale but fail to deliver 100% on what was promised). Chris followed through on every promise he made. He even went out of his way to send me pictures of the bike when it arrived at the dealership and again after it was in storage. Chris has a lot of experience with motorcycles, so he was able to answer my questions based on personal experience and not BS like a lot of other salespeople I've dealt with in the past. On top of all this, he was also able to get me a great price! The Sea to Sky showroom is housed within a large rustic facility and is very spacious with a comforting ambience. The merchandise is well-organized and tidy. Each product line (primarily Kawasaki/Indian/Polaris) is easy to find in their respective areas. The other employees I interacted with at the Sea to Sky dealership were all super nice and knowledgeable in their fields as well (Yoshi in Parts, David in Insurance, Kathleen in Finance). I wish I could work with all of them every time I'm in the market for any vehicle, be it a motorcycle or car, as it was such a good experience. I will definitely be back for future purchases.
